Machi's expression changed when she saw Chrollo.
"Boss-"
She tried to rush over, but Odin stepped forward and blocked her path.
"Don't move," he said.
Machi stopped and stared at him.
Odin ignored her and looked at Kurapika.
Kurapika approached and stopped ten meters away. He looked at the Spiders on the ground, then turned his gaze to Chrollo.
"I've placed a restriction on your leader," he said. "From today onward, he can no longer use Nen."
Machi's eyes widened. Nobunaga gritted his teeth. Feitan kept his head lowered and said nothing. Phinks lay facedown on the ground, unable to move. Shalnark sat on the ground, his face pale.
Chrollo stood there, his expression unchanged.
Kurapika watched him in silence for a few seconds.
"I won't kill you. You can go," he said.
Chrollo looked at him without saying a word.
Kurapika turned and walked out of the docks.
Ponzu watched him leave, then looked at Odin.
"That's it?"
Odin shrugged. "He said he wouldn't kill them, so we won't."
Ponzu thought it over, decided that made sense, and followed him.
Odin walked beside Kurapika and asked, "Why not take the chance to put restrictions on all of them? Or kill them all?"
Kurapika kept walking. "We can't kill them. If we do, Meteor City will retaliate like mad. More innocent people will die."
"And with people from Meteor City," he said, "even if the entire Phantom Troupe dies, another Phantom Troupe will emerge. They're its foothold in the outside world."
He paused, then added, "That's not what I want to see."
Odin glanced at him and asked no more questions.
