Madara absorbed the Ten-Tails from Obito, killed him, and gained power on par with the Sage of Six Paths. As Naruto and Sasuke challenged Madara, Shizuku woke and came to Meihui, exhausted and unable to see clearly.

Madara attacked Meihui and the others while Shizuku collapsed from using her Mangekyō Sharingan, and Naruto was struck through the heart. After Meihui revived him with a Senzu Bean, Naruto met the Sage of Six Paths, who offered to help him fight Madara.

• Meihui comforted Shizuku as Madara recognized her as his descendant, while Kakashi tried and failed to save the dying Obito with a Senzu Bean.
• Shizuku used her Mangekyō Sharingan and suffered severe backlash, so Meihui sent a clone to take her away as Madara attacked with lightning and Light Fang.

After the Sage of Six Paths gave Naruto a limited Six Paths power-up, Madara unleashed the God Tree and Infinite Tsukuyomi. Meihui warned the group that Black Zetsu was controlling Madara and proposed destroying the God Tree.
