Hatake Ziyan nodded, signaling that Hiashi could leave.
Hiashi had just left Sakumo's courtyard when Hatake Sakumo and Kakashi returned.
After watching the fighting all day, Hatake Ziyan was tired too. He greeted the two of them and told Kakashi to let him know before leaving tomorrow morning. He would go to the Ninja Academy with him.
As for monitoring Konoha, there was no rush. He would think about it once he was rested. After all, even the biggest crisis couldn't beat sleep!
Hatake Ziyan woke up the next morning to Kakashi's calls. Grumpy at being woken, he gave Kakashi a beating before taking him to the Ninja Academy.

Hatake Ziyan walked into the classroom with Kakashi, who sported a pair of black eyes and went to sit beside Shisui.
"You're all here!" Hatake Ziyan said from the podium, looking at everyone sitting neatly in their seats.
"I called you all here today because I have something for you to do!" Hatake Ziyan continued without waiting for a response.
"Lord Ziyan, what do you need us to do?" Shisui asked.
"I need four of you to mentor these twelve. They've graduated and need to be assigned to teams with jonin instructors. But ordinary jonin can't keep them in line, so I need you to act as their instructors until they pass the chunin exams!" Hatake Ziyan said.
Shisui nodded, then turned to his teammates and asked, "Who's interested?"
Sasuke objected. He stood straight up and said coolly, "Lord Ziyan, we don't need jonin instructors. We're already strong enough to be jonin, so why go to all this trouble and make us start as genin? Why not
