Sasuke exposed the threat Danzo and the Masked Man posed to the Uchiha and helped Fugaku and Itachi prepare the clan for a confrontation. The clan meeting split over a coup, and the arc left Fugaku, Itachi, and Shisui battling with Susanoo as Sasuke and Naruto searched for Danzo.

• Sasuke survived Root’s attack in the Forest of Death, revealed his power to Shisui, and later warned Itachi and Shisui that Danzo was driving the village and Uchiha toward disaster.
• Sasuke told Fugaku about the coming massacre, helped him read the Naka Shrine tablet, and proposed rebuilding trust between the Uchiha and Konoha while preparing for Danzo’s schemes.
• Danzo and the Masked Man planned to attack the Uchiha during their clan meeting, while Hiruzen received warnings from Shisui and learned that a masked man would take part in the massacre.
• At the clan meeting, Uchiha Ryota pushed for a coup, but Fugaku demanded a united plan and Itachi opposed the proposal before revealing his Mangekyō Sharingan.
• Fugaku revealed his own Mangekyō and fought Itachi with Susanoo, while Sasuke and Naruto subdued Root operatives and searched for Danzo.
• Shisui arrived in his Perfect Susanoo and joined the battle against Fugaku and Itachi, whose Susanoo rose to full height and blocked Shisui’s arrows.
• Naruto sensed malice to the southwest, and he and Sasuke left to find Danzo as Fugaku, Itachi, and Shisui continued fighting over Konoha.

Sasuke and Naruto defeated Danzo, prompting negotiations that secured the Uchiha’s place in Konoha and reforms proposed by Sasuke. Ma Xianhong strengthened Jiejiao, rescued Chen Duo, and set out east after Zhang Zhiwei received his visiting card.

• Sasuke and Naruto fought Danzo, exposing his plans to steal Sasuke’s Sharingan and use Naruto as a weapon, before joining forces to defeat him.
• Fugaku negotiated with Hiruzen, who accepted the Uchiha’s demands and authorized an investigation into Root after Sasuke showed footage of Danzo’s attack.
• Hiruzen asked Sasuke how Konoha should proceed, and Sasuke proposed reforms while giving Hiruzen training methods and tools he attributed to the Sage of Six Paths.
• Ma Xianhong strengthened his artifacts and Jiejiao, then killed Zhao Guizhen and discovered the Medicine Immortal Society had returned.
• Ma Xianhong joined Nadu Tong’s assault on the Medicine Immortal Society in disguise and rescued Chen Duo, bringing her to Biyou Village as a member of Jiejiao.
• Ma Xianhong equipped Chen Duo with safeguards and helped her adjust to ordinary life, while Qu Tong arranged for twenty children to visit the village.
• Ma Xianhong left a duplicate in Biyou Village, disguised himself as a hairy-faced monk, and traveled east on an ox.
• Zhao Huanjin delivered Ma Xianhong’s visiting card to Zhang Zhiwei, who grew grave as he read it.

Xiao Yan explored the Magical Beast Mountain Range, rescued Yun Yun, and refined the Myriad Beast Spirit Flame into his first origin heavenly flame. He befriended the Amethyst Winged Lion King and left the mountains with her and her cub, then noticed a caravan under attack.

• Ma Xianhong introduced himself to Zhang Zhiwei, offered Tian Jinzong the Dual-Handed Pearl, and joined Biyou Village as a guest elder after receiving Mount Longhu’s teachings.
• Xiao Yan helped Xiao Yi Xian explore a cave abode, gave her the Seven-Colored Poison Scripture, and killed Mu Li and his mercenaries when they attacked.
• Xiao Yan gathered traces of the Myriad Beast Spirit Flame from magical beast remains and found Yun Yun fighting the Amethyst Winged Lion King.
• Xiao Yan rescued Yun Yun, treated the Amethyst Seal, and joined her in raiding the Lion King’s cave while she drew the beast away.
• Xiao Yan refined the six wisps of Myriad Beast Spirit Flame, transformed into a humanoid flame, and developed an advanced version of the Flame Mantra.
• Xiao Yan devoured the flame’s Core Flame and made the Myriad Beast Spirit Flame his first origin heavenly flame, greatly strengthening his cultivation and abilities.
• Xiao Yan returned to the Amethyst Winged Lion King, offered her a pill infused with the flame, and won her friendship by promising to help her reach the seventh rank.

Xiao Yan saved Xiao Heizi and Xiao Yi Xian, then the story shifted to Tang San as he trained Yu Xiaogang, helped Zhu Zhuqing form a new soul ring, and transformed Luo Sanpao. It left Tang San at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, where he offered to cure Dugu Bo and reunited Yu Xiaogang with Tang Hao.

• Xiao Yan destroyed the berserk magical beasts, received Xiao Can’s black jade fragment containing the Heavenly Fire Three Mysterious Transformations, and offered him work with the Xiao Clan.
• Xiao Yan found Ling Ying spying on him, while Gu Yuan dismissed most of Xiao Xun’er’s letter but resolved to support the Xiao Clan and retaliate against Ling Quan.
• Xiao Yan stopped Yang Jinlian and Mu She’s plot against Xiao Yi Xian, punished the crowd, and helped Xiao Yi Xian suppress her Woeful Poison Body as its awakening raised her cultivation.
• In the Gray Fog Space, Xiao Yan and Tang San met Lu Mingfei and Tang San Zang, while Tang San continued training Yu Xiaogang and planned to develop Luo Sanpao’s martial soul.
• Tang San, Yu Xiaogang, and Xiao Wu rescued Zhu Zhuqing from her pursuers, then Tang San helped her form a soul ring with the Nekomata Xiao Er and develop her shadow-based abilities.
• Tang San negotiated with the Holy Radiance Thunder God Dragon and helped Yu Xiaogang remove his soul rings, transforming Luo Sanpao into a Golden Sacred Dragon.
• Tang San sent Xiao Wu and Zhu Zhuqing to Heaven Dou City, then took Yu Xiaogang to meet Dugu Bo at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well and explained how his family’s soul-ring choices had worsened their poison.
• Tang San offered Dugu Bo ways to cure his martial soul poison in exchange for access to the medicinal garden and three favors, then reunited Yu Xiaogang with Tang Hao.
