• Su Bai helped the Players expose the Ghost Madam’s deception, and her vision revealed how Steward Zhao drugged the Brides and died searching for Master Wang’s hidden fortune.
• During the Accusation Round, Sha Linghai and the others identified Su Bai as a human Player, then escaped the Beginner Game while the Administrator declared it Su Bai’s final game.
• Su Bai and Little Fire destroyed Ghost Madam and burned through the Manor, where Su Bai found Master Wang’s skeleton beside counterfeit treasure before leaving the estate.
• Sha Linghai told Qin Ge about the Bride who had saved the newcomers, and Qin Ge confirmed that Number 888 was Su Bai and urged Sha Linghai to become stronger.
• Su Bai’s Mist Shop exchange machine grew popular among Players, and he rushed home when Lin Wan’s caregiver reported that she was beginning to wake.
• Lin Wan recovered enough to speak, but after she asked who Su Xuan was, Su Bai woke to find a healthy Lin Wan and Su Xuan living in a familiar version of his home.
• Su Bai confronted Su Xuan at a half-demolished apartment building, recognized the contradictions in his memories, and realized he was trapped in a nightmare game as a supernatural resurgence approached.

Su Bai entered Su Xuan’s game as Xiao Lou, a dead student trapped at Rainbow Locust Tenth Middle School, while recovered Players faced the city’s growing Eerie threat. As Su Bai uncovered links between the school and experiments in the Void Sea, Yao confronted Su Xuan’s wooden shell, leaving Su Bai demanding an explanation.

• Su Bai challenged the false Su Xuan, who questioned his identity, pointed out inconsistencies in Su Xuan’s past, and offered to restore Su Bai’s blurred childhood memories through a game.
• Su Bai accepted the game and became Xiao Lou, a wandering soul at Rainbow Locust Tenth Middle School, where he had to make one request of someone each day for seven days to get Xiao Lou out.
• Chen Xi and Zhuang Anping regained their memories, saw the Eerie resurgence rise, and went to the school, where Su Bai joined them as Fish-Head Freaks attacked.
• Su Bai and his companions fought their way to the rooftop, where he saw countless Fish-Head Freaks across the campus before dawn forced the creatures to retreat.
• After Chen Xi and Zhuang Anping left to look for Chen Hai, Zhang Chen blamed Xiao Lou for abandoning him, while a Merfolk voice described being tethered in the Void Sea and forced to seek a passage rift.
• Chen Xi and Zhuang Anping found Chen Hai unable to respond to the living and saw the Eerie resurgence climb from one percent to eleven percent.
• Su Bai challenged Su Xuan about the city’s secrets and noticed wood grain on his face, then Yao appeared and kicked the figure from the rooftop as Fish-Head Freaks climbed the building.
• Rain strengthened the Fish-Head Freaks, but Su Bai summoned Little Black to protect the rooftop, and Yao said Su Xuan’s connection to the shell had short-circuited, and Su Bai demanded that they explain what was happening.

Su Bai learned the truth behind Su Xuan’s past and helped end the crisis in Honghuai City before returning to the Real World. He then entered the Happy Hotel family event, where his assigned son Xiao An and the other Players’ dangerous Family Members awaited them.

• Su Xuan told Su Bai how he had entered the Su Family, saved him as a child, and later anchored himself in Su Bai’s shadow after Lin Wan died and Su Bai was driven from home.
• Su Xuan warned Su Bai that a faction was hunting people who could enter the Void Sea, then gave him a key and urged him to finish the Honghuai City game.
• Su Bai and the other Players fought the city’s mutated creatures as the Eerie resurgence spread, while Zhuang Anping invited Su Bai to join Qin Ge’s team.
• After the Administrator offered the Players a choice, Su Bai returned to the Real World and spent time with Lin Wan and Su Xuan before entering the Happy Hotel family event.
• The fog revealed that every Player had been paired with one or more strange Family Members, and Su Bai recognized the icy boy Xiao An as his assigned son.
• The Players entered the shabby hotel, introduced themselves and their Family Members, and learned that the event required them to spend a week together.

Su Bai and the other Players endured the hotel’s hide-and-seek game, learned of the worsening crisis in Qingliu City, and struggled to understand their Ghost Creature Family Members. As a treasure-hunting game began, Tan Ying and Li Feiwen moved to protect the Players, who shared their abilities while Su Bai kept his own options to himself.

• Su Bai subdued Xiao An and proposed that Players could add Family Members, while Tan Ying and Liang Yuyan discussed dangerous teams and Tan Ying voiced her unease about the game.
• A Blood Ghost absorbed Xiao An’s body and memories, inheriting his longing for maternal love, before Xiao An thanked Su Bai for the warmth of Little Fire’s Blue Flame.
• The Zombie Waiter announced hide-and-seek, and Su Bai hid in Room 413 with Chi Yan and Liu Yongzhi, who tried to recruit them into the Nameless Society.
• Chi Yan described Qingliu City’s spreading, infectious affliction, while Liu Yongzhi’s barrier kept the Ghost Creatures outside until the game ended.
