"Rhode, Rhode, what are you reading while you walk?"
On the way back to Durnholde Keep, Lilia asked Rhode.
"A book." Rhode waved the book in his hand.
"Hmph, adults really are only good at telling children what to do. They can't do it themselves." Lilia pouted. "You told me not to read while walking, or I'd bump into a lamppost!"
"I won't bump into anything." Rhode chuckled and pointed ahead.
An arcane golem walked ahead of him, following his route. If there were any obstacles, it would bump into them first.
"All right, then. Rhode, what book are you reading?"
"A Tear-Jerking Romance Novel."
"Why are you reading that?"
"Because I want to write a book too. I want to put our story in a book."
Lilia stopped and tilted her head at Rhode. "Wait, Rhode. What does our story have to do with a romance novel?"
"Uh... it's not that they're related. It's just the only novel published by Durnholde Magazine, so I wanted to use it as a reference."
"Wow, that's impressive. Let me read it too, then."
"No way." Rhode quickly hid the book behind his back. "Children shouldn't be reading romance novels!"
"All right... then who wrote this novel?"
"I don't know. There's no author's name. But the male lead in every book is Marcus. I heard that Marcus once tossed a Wishing Silver Coin into the Wishing Well in Dalaran. It said: I wish to become a big star someday... to be written into a book or something."
"And then he really did end up in a book?"
"Yep." Rhode nodded. "And it ended up becoming the bestselling novel in all of Azeroth."
Lilia asked again, "Just one novel did that well?"
"No, there are eight in total. The one I'm holding is just
