A Warrior on the level of Varian Wrynn, Muradin Bronzebeard, Cairne Bloodhoof, or Grom Hellscream might have been up to the job, but where was he supposed to find them?
Besides, many of them were leaders. Even if he could find them, they might not have the time or inclination to be a teacher.
