"You're a Druid, yet you can't cleanse the land like these Shamans. You'll never get into the Cenarion Circle like that."
On the outskirts of Alterac Keep, Rhode pointed at the Shamans at work as he spoke to Kienlo.
He couldn't quite tell, but Kienlo probably rolled her eyes at him-Night Elves' eyes were bright white to begin with.
"I've told you plenty of times, I'm only a Feral Druid right now. Besides, I doubt I'd be as efficient as these Shamans even if I were a Restoration Druid."
Rhode had to agree with Kienlo.
Of the Shamans Thrall now led, only a small number were Orcs from Durnholde Keep. The rest had come from the Frostwolf Clan to help.
The others were still waiting in Alterac Valley for the cleansing here to be completed.
When these Shamans entered the plague-ridden ruins of Alterac Keep, they first cast elemental shields on themselves, probably Lightning Shield or Water Shield or something similar, to protect themselves from the plague.
Then they began casting spells such as Cleansing Spell and Purification Spell wherever they went, clearing away the plague before them.
But the real key to their efficiency was their totems.
As the Shamans began to understand the plague's composition, totems imbued with elemental power appeared throughout the ruins, one after another.
Most of these were probably Water Totems, since they constantly emitted a soft glow as they stood on the ground, with droplets of water visibly floating above them.
Of course, Rhode didn't know their exact types. They were probably Poison-Cleansing Totems or Disease-Cleansing Totems or something like that.
At times like this, the benefits of the Shamans' close relationship with the elements really showed.
Without needing any Runes or other sources of energy, these totems could remain here for a long
