• Ye Han and Teacher Lan Qing fought Underground Evil Dragons, waited for Old Fox, and ambushed him after he emerged from the abyss with the Demon God's Eye.

With an Immortal-Thief Outsider as their guide, they crossed the tower’s traps and reached the Spirit-Gathering Spirit Medicine Garden, where Ye Han faced its guardian puppets.

• Ye Han claimed the Absolute Frost Divine Sword, then used the costly Demon God's Hand to break through the Eternal Ancient Tomb’s defenses and free Teacher Lan Qing.
• Teacher Lan Qing explained that he needed the Tower of Hell to recover his body, and Ye Han agreed to accompany him after refining the Eternal Ancient Marrow and preparing for a year.
• Chains Shadow absorbed the Black Bead and ordered an Immortal-Thief Outsider to watch for Ye Han and his companion near the Tower of Hell.

• Ye Han defeated the Medicine Garden Puppets, opened the garden with its Token, and made a bargain with Teacher Lan Qing and the Immortal-Thief Outsider for its treasures and Spirit-Gathering Immortal Fruits.
• Ye Han expanded the Purple Cauldron Space, cultivated the Ice God Spirit Art, and used a Nascent Soul Fruit to advance without a heavenly tribulation.

Ye Han joined Teacher Lan Qing and the Immortal-Thief Outsider in the Tower of Hell, where he killed the Blood Baleful Old Devil and cultivated a Baleful Ghost Body. They entered the Land of Despair to find Teacher Lan Qing’s physical body, but the Big-Eared Moon Race rabbit and the Immortal-Thief Outsider left Ye Han and Teacher Lan Qing to face the Chaos Black Fiends alone.

• Ye Han reunited with Teacher Lan Qing and the Immortal-Thief Outsider in Black Mountain Land, then traded Death Spirit Orbs for the Thunderclap armor set and agreed to hunt the Blood Baleful Old Devil.
• Ye Han and his companions entered the Spirit Baleful Ghost Cave, fought through the baleful ghosts, and found the Old Devil bound by a restriction formation.
• Ye Han used the Gods-and-Devils Hand to break the formation and destroy the Blood Baleful Old Devil, then sealed his nascent soul in the Ghost Skull Mirror and claimed his Space Ring.
