Two months passed in the real world in the blink of an eye.
When that army made up entirely of Origins appeared in Dark Night City again, everyone was stunned by what they saw. After Lynn's day-after-day training and coordination exercises in the Sea of the Mind, this army of leaders from the various major factions and powerful lone wanderers now displayed extraordinary discipline.
Many people felt dazed, unable to believe their eyes.
Who could have imagined that these Origins, who had once dominated their own territories and refused to bow to anyone, would truly one day march together and regard one another as comrades-in-arms?
But only Lynn knew.
This was not the result of two months.
It was only after countless trials of blood and fire, in dream after dream within the Sea of the Mind, through the test of endlessly long years, that this army of deities had finally been forged!
And over those two months...
Through the joint efforts and designs of Sir Awen, Silver Fantasy, and the other Origins of Dark Night City, the new Dark Night City had finally completed its expansion.
Besides the Mechanical District, Flesh District, Cursecraft District, and the others, one new district after another had been established within the city.
Its area was now dozens of times larger than before!
With that, Dark Night City had practically leaped into becoming the largest mega city in all of Hell. Even from hundreds of kilometers away, its High Tower could be clearly seen piercing the black mist.
Atop the towering city walls...
The fierce wind howled.
Lynn stood there, his eyes beneath his black robe filled with satisfaction as he gazed at the Root-Level army below, which he had now fully united.
