Kyasen Island was now the headquarters of the Swamp Pirate Alliance.
The Swamp Pirate Alliance had been founded by the Swamp Pirates. As the name suggested, their leader was a Swamp-Swamp Fruit user.
It had attracted large numbers of pirates newly arrived in the New World.
