Dragon appeared.
Koala and Sabo snapped to attention, becoming more serious as they greeted their commander-in-chief.
Dragon nodded.
"No need to be so formal."
He took a couple of steps over to them and watched the children training below.
"As our future Chief of Staff, what do you think about the Revolutionary Army's future as it stands?"
Dragon was grasping at straws...
There was nothing he could do right now about the wildly uneven quality of their bases and Revolutionary Army soldiers.
He could only gather as many committed recruits as possible and train them, just in case.
But the root of the problem remained unresolved.

"Start by gathering evidence of their crimes."
