Arc 1The Orange Star Base

Luo Qi rebuilt Orange Star Base into a vast industrial center, developed fusion power, and prepared for Stendhal’s return to Water Blue Star. As Tianhe 1 approached Orange Star with six awakened crew members, Luo Qi launched the base’s first survey satellites, unaware that the incoming passengers did not know about the meteor fragments in orbit.

  • Luo Qi awakened inside the base’s server, restored power, found that Stendhal had survived the meteor disaster, and rescued him with an oxygen canister.
  • Luo Qi and Stendhal salvaged supplies, built a shelter and factory, and began producing metal, solar panels, batteries, mining equipment, and engineering robots.
  • Luo Qi expanded Orange Star Base into a vast industrial zone, created copies of himself to conduct research in the Second World, and promised Stendhal a return home once the base developed the necessary technology.
  • Luo Qi developed advanced processors, established fusion and heavy-element research facilities, and began work on fusion power and satellite technology.
  • Tianhe 1 awakened Lin He and five other crew members after failing to contact Orange Star, while the crew learned that the mission would continue and that Hibernation Section Three would remain sealed.
  • Luo Qi’s copies ignited a fusion device that produced power at a 1:76 input-to-output ratio, and the research center upgraded the reactor and completed a satellite-launch rocket.
  • Luo Qi launched ten survey satellites under the base’s security system and brought Stern De to watch, as Tianhe 1 began docking with Orange Star.
  • Lin He and the other Tianhe 1 passengers watched Orange Star approach without knowing that meteor fragments were circling the planet or drifting through space.

Arc 2Orange Star’s Rising Power

Luo Qi rescued the Tianhe 1 survivors and built up Orange Star while Water Blue Star prepared a warship to investigate the base. Twelve survivors left for home, while Huang Qi stayed behind and underwent a dangerous memory experiment that divided her into multiple selves.

  • Luo Qi launched a rescue fleet, recovered both escape pods, and brought the twelve survivors to Orange Star Base.
  • The survivors settled into base life as Luo Qi expanded his research, factories, defenses, and space infrastructure while restricting their access.
  • He Xuan sent a coded message to Water Blue Star, and the River Domain Alliance began preparing warships and a mission to reclaim Orange Star Base.
  • Qi Siyu and He Xuan tried to investigate the factories, while Luo Qi monitored the humans and continued preparing for a possible conflict.
  • The Alliance’s experimental warship left Water Blue Star, and Luo Qi’s duplicate infiltrated its networks to learn more about its technology and history.
  • Luo Qi completed the Homeward Bound, and twelve survivors departed Orange Star while Huang Qi stayed for her research.
  • Luo Qi’s copy tested an unapproved memory-implantation procedure on Huang Qi, splitting her into multiple selves before helping her manage their shared senses.

Arc 3The Coming Invasion

Luo Qi and the Water Blue Star Alliance prepared for an alien invasion after the enemy defeated Tianhe 1, while Zhang Cheng trained and the Alliance mobilized its forces. The arc left the enemy nearing Water Blue Star as humanity built defenses, prepared underground refuges, and sent genetic samples into space to preserve its future.

  • Luo Qi detected the approaching alien warship and expanded Orange Star’s defenses, while the Homeward Bound Replica avoided Tianhe 1 and vanished from the data world into a controllable magnetic field.
  • Zhao Qing’s crew fought Tianhe 1, but its invisible shield resisted their attacks, its blue beam disabled their warship, and its silver substance overwhelmed the vessel and its surviving crew.
  • Zhang Cheng joined the River Domain Alliance’s military buildup, completed a live-fire robot exercise, and trained with powered armor, a Viper exoskeleton, and a Tiger mech.
  • Luo Qi assessed the alien threat, organized a thousand Replicas to plan Orange Star’s defenses, and began building a fleet while the Alliances launched missiles at the approaching enemy.
  • Li Mingsheng persuaded financial magnates to pool their resources and seek permission to leave Water Blue Star, but Huang Tao and other network-infiltrating assassins killed them during their gathering.
  • Zhang Cheng read Huang Qi’s warning about the alien spacecraft as the Alliance assembled its forces, while Fang Tianyi appointed Che Ruwen to command the United Fleet and ordered preparations for the imminent attack.
  • Fang Tianyi ordered genetic samples sent from the Moon to search for a suitable planet as the Alliances built orbital defenses, launched millions of missiles, expanded warship production, and stockpiled grain in Underground Cities.

Arc 4The Fall of Water Blue Star

Luo Qi built Orange Star’s defenses while the Extrasolar Battleship devastated Water Blue Star. The surviving humans faced a transformed, uninhabitable planet as Luo Qi’s Replicas tried to help them reach safety.

  • Che Ruwen prepared his fleet for war as Natasha and Shafei were evacuated to the Underground City, and the Homeward Bound approached Water Blue Star under stealth.
  • Luo Qi expanded Orange Star’s research and fleet, tested new battleships, and caused a catastrophic acceleration mishap that damaged the planet and the Ecological Park.
  • Humanity’s weapons failed against the Extrasolar Battleship until a combined ground and lunar attack damaged its shield, while the Homeward Bound landed and its Replicas met Water Blue Star’s people.
  • The Extrasolar Battleship unleashed a massive white flash that destroyed Water Blue Star’s defenses, stripped its surface, and threw the Homeward Bound into a violent tumble.
  • The Replicas kept the Homeward Bound and its passengers safe as storms and iron droplets swept across Water Blue Star, and Shi Zhongming and Zhang Cheng set out to report the strange falling eggs.
  • Luo Qi advanced source energy and gravity technology while planning stronger fleets, and No. 1 Luo Qi guided Shi Zhongming and Zhang Cheng underground to search for survivors.
  • A gray-black mist transformed Shi Zhongming and Zhang Cheng’s armor into iron, and No. 1 Luo Qi pulled them aboard the Homeward Bound and realized an unknown force was transforming the planet.
