Luo Qi entered the ranks of space-level civilizations, learned of the threats to the universe, and pursued the fate of Water Blue Star while confronting Destruction and the Order Breakers. He joined Yi and the Gao'ai Civilization as they investigated an electromagnetic entity and considered how the universe might end.

• Lan Feng joined the Substitute Plan’s replication program as the Crystal Civilization’s war continued, while Number One Thousand and other spatial holders gathered in Luo Qi’s microcosm and agreed to build virtual Source Universes.
• The holders completed their Source Universes and began Operation Silence, reducing the Long Lantern Nebula Constellation while Luo Qi met Hu 181 and learned of the Cosmic Supreme Race.
• Luo Qi was recognized as a space-level civilization, learned about the Void Devourers and Order Breakers, and had the Eternal Race’s red particle removed from his microcosm.
• Luo Qi traveled to the 29th-Dimensional Zone, found a destroyed spatial laboratory, and developed the Water Wave spatial weapon after an irregular fluctuation devastated a Nebula Constellation.
• Destruction awakened, replicated his warship, and attacked Luo Qi, who escaped the destruction of C4001 and took Water Blue Star’s entire stellar system into his body.
• Luo Qi found the Profound Heaven Nebula Constellation restored by a Space Reversal Device and encountered Yi and the Gao'ai Civilization while tracking two unknown space-level civilizations.
• Yi and Luo Qi investigated an electromagnetic entity that had infiltrated the Profound Heaven Nebula Constellation, while the Gao'ai leader concluded that the loss of matter could cause the universe to collapse.
