Qin Yiguan pursued a nutrient pod and uncovered more about his fractured mind while the Experimental Zone began manifesting his fears as impossible phenomena. He entered the zone, reunited with Meng Jihe, and later met Jiu Zhengxuan at school as his class prepared to explore Snow City of Heavenly Light.
Qin Yiguan uncovered his divided personalities and began raising his Fusion Rate while joining the Dog Gang. He accepted an assassination contract against Jiao Shensan and infiltrated the airborne fortress, where Jiao revealed that he knew Qin’s identity and expected to die that day.
Qin Yiguan followed Jiao Shensan’s information trail across the sectors, uncovering multiple Digital Human versions and a Bureau effort to seize their data. At the final coordinate, he learned of Jiao’s obsession with Wanrou and absorbed the failed Digital Human, leaving him to question whether their relationship had been love.
Qin Yiguan uncovered Jiao Shensan’s divided consciousness and destroyed the Longevity Society’s leaders, raising his Fusion Rate after Doctor Jiao died. He then followed a new lead into Bilin City and rushed to rescue Meng Jihe, whose interrogators were demanding information about 001.
Qin Yiguan investigated CPH4 to save Meng Jihe, using Time Lag Syndrome and layered visions to uncover Luo Canlie's control over the conspiracy. Meng Jihe died despite treatment, while Lu Zun secretly planned to exploit the Leviathan crisis to reach a 100% Fusion Rate.
Qin Yiguan developed his demonic abilities while Jiu Zhengxuan’s Youth Order Squad pursued Hall 157 and Lu Zun advanced his plans for Leviathan. Qin Yiguan’s investigation linked Jiu Zhengxuan to killings, but Teacher Qing’s return exposed Black Calamity’s role in an earlier attack.
Qin Yiguan faked his death and teamed up with Jiu Zhengxuan to uncover Lu Zun’s plan to slaughter millions and use their terror to raise his Fusion Rate. After investigating a memory archive, Qin faced Xiao Li and a transformed Fourth Zheng Xuan, and his Brain Hyperactivity Zone A01 developed as the wolf became a doll in his box world.
Qin Yiguan and his allies exposed Lu Zun’s plan to destroy B5 and B6, then fought him as the Leviathan Rift opened. Qin Yiguan summoned a living Leviathan against the mechanical one, while Lu Zun revealed the command he had planted in Qin’s mind as a child.
Qin Yiguan confronted the truth about his foster parents, uncovered Zhong Yi’s role in the Leviathan disaster, and learned more about his twelve Higher Selves. After leaving the Experimental Zone, he encountered Hunger Disease and a growing threat in the desert, which Men Luosha warned could endanger the entire Metaverse.
Qin Yiguan uncovered the real-world violence behind Breath of the Mute, confronted its creator Aoke, and stopped his network with God's Abandoned's help. Aoke died, but a being from beyond the sky claimed his code, while God's Abandoned began preparing a new body from Qin Yiguan's design.
Qin Yiguan entered Ghost City with Black Calamity and confronted the fears and memories that had shaped his personalities, including the truth about his childhood trauma. After Black Calamity became his Higher Self, Qin Yiguan reunited with the dead Shitian and joined him to find his master.
Qin Yiguan entered Giant Whale City to confront the Tuomen Acuminate Fungus, only to discover that Du An had engineered the crisis and that Shui Man was a fungus-created copy. The arc ended with Shui Man leading Qin Yiguan toward the true mother organism beneath the sea.
Qin Yiguan defeated Du An and investigated Lu Zhoulang’s connection to his childhood torture and the Gemini Metaverse’s flaw. His investigation led through Last Paradise and the Ring Research Institute before he returned to confront Dong Xi after the destruction of Last Paradise’s residents.
Qin Yiguan uncovered the truth behind Lu Zhoulang’s dream, fused with the Dream General, and learned that the Ring Research Institute’s history was tied to his power to travel through time. He entered reconstructed historical eras with Shitian and Jiang Yizhou, while the Institute searched for a meteorite that Qin suspected they had found.
Qin Yiguan gathered the materials needed to replace the Ring Research Institute, defeated Bo You’s plans through Timeline Convergence, and took control of the new institute. A flashback then revealed that clones of his adoptive parents had drowned his mother, and Qin began investigating what happened to her body.
Qin Yiguan uncovered the truth behind Sun and Moon and defeated her, then his failing body carried him beyond the Gemini Metaverse into another universe. He learned that countless multiverses formed a matrix and set out for Mirage City to explore his new world.
Qin Yiguan reunited with his Underworld and Caregiver counterparts and joined the Qin Variants’ fight against the Ao Council. After defeating Sniper Aoke in a mirror world, the trio vanished when his String of Jumping exploded, while Core Aoke revealed the Council’s hidden headquarters and his use for Source Matter.
Qin Yiguan, Underworld, and the caregiver joined the imprisoned Core Aokes in Subquark Space and struggled to escape as Single Horn’s interference triggered a catastrophe. Child finally offered to send them out, and they emerged in the Aoke Universe, where Single Horn confronted them.
Qin Yiguan and his companions searched strange universes for Anti-Source Matter while AKI built an army and sent Aokes to kill every version of Qin Yiguan. They reached a world whose inhabitants had been slaughtered by shadow figures, and the fight with Many-Shadow Aoke stopped when a red scarf stirred Underworld’s memories.
Qin Yiguan regained his full power as his counterparts sacrificed themselves, reached Infinity, and defeated AKI. After waking in a changed reality, he and Jiu Zhengxuan were drawn into a string of assassinations targeting Reality Enhancement squads, while Jiu Zhengxuan was taken to an unknown facility.
