But this did not discourage Ye Qing. He had thought this Mega Stone would delay his search for little Princess Diancie, but now it seemed he had nothing to worry about.
"All right, come meet me at the usual place."
After telling Ye Qing where to meet, Dragon Tamer hung up.
Ye Qing hurriedly got ready, then had Gardevoir take him to the restaurant.
By now, Ye Qing had become the one guest here whom no one could afford to offend. He could even enter and leave the fifth floor freely.
"Dragon King, have you eaten?"
Ye Qing concealed his excitement as he entered the private room. Looking at Dragon Tamer, who was drinking tea, he greeted him in the lovely dialect of his hometown.
"Yes. This is Gengar's Mega Stone."
Dragon Tamer placed a fist-sized crystal box on the table. Inside lay a pale purple orb with gray and red spiraling lines at its center.
Although the box had not been opened, Ye Qing could still sense a mysterious power contained within the orb.
"Heh~~~"
Gengar emerged uncontrollably from Ye Qing's shadow, his eyes fixed on the crystal orb on the table.
Dragon Tamer continued sipping his tea leisurely, not the least bit worried that Ye Qing would do anything out of line.
Ye Qing suppressed his excitement. "Take out the Key Stone."
"Heh."
Gengar nodded. Although he was incredibly excited, the mischievous Pokémon still wanted to gross Dragon Tamer out.
He reached into his mouth and picked up the wet Key Stone from his slimy tongue.
Then he hurried over to Dragon Tamer with the Key Stone cupped in his hands and offered it to him with both hands, looking utterly fawning.
"I see you don't want it anymore."
Instead of accepting it, Dragon Tamer glared at Gengar.
