Walker frowned, his deep-set eyes turning toward Ye Qing.
Although he knew nothing about Ye Qing, he had heard of Mewtwo and knew it was a very powerful legendary Pokémon.
Several major incidents around the world recently had been connected to it.
"Once I find conclusive evidence, I hope you won't stand in my way again."
Walker knew Cynthia's strength. With Zapdos helping her, he would probably have a hard time taking Ye Qing back.
Besides, Ye Qing had even brought Mewtwo into this, so despite his frustration, he could only leave.
"You really know how to stir up trouble, kid. No wonder the Dragon Elite Four keeps complaining about you to me."
Once Walker was far away, Cynthia breathed a sigh of relief, then turned and rolled her eyes at Ye Qing.
Ye Qing blinked and feigned an aggrieved look. "Cynthia, you can't blame me this time. If it weren't for you people, how could I have ended up in this mess?"
"Us? You mean the Pokémon League?"
Now Cynthia was puzzled. He was the one who had caused trouble, so how had he suddenly dragged her and the Pokémon League into it?
"Exactly. If the Pokémon League hadn't sold my blood test report, would so many people have come after me because of the bond phenomenon?"
Ye Qing recalled all his Pokémon and questioned her while standing on Zapdos's back.
"Those aren't quite the same thing, are they? People are after you because of the bond phenomenon. What does that have to do with your blood report?"
Although she said that, Cynthia knew the Pokémon League had indeed acted poorly on that point.
