After following the route Dragon Tamer had sent him for another circuit, Ye Qing finally found the meeting room.
"Sorry, I'm a little late."
Ye Qing greeted Cynthia somewhat sheepishly, then walked toward his seat as if nothing had happened.
It was not that he was not nervous, nor was it that he was careless. He was simply so familiar with Dragon Tamer and Cynthia that he could not get nervous even if he tried.
Watching the utterly unconcerned Ye Qing, everyone seated below looked at him as though he were a monster. They were all impressed.
This big shot really lived up to his reputation. Making everyone wait for him was one thing, but had he not noticed that the Champion and the Dragon Elite Four were here too?
Could he really be this relaxed... treating a meeting like coming home?

As soon as Ye Qing sat down, he noticed Su Yiqin sitting across from him and greeted her with a smile.
Su Yiqin smiled back, her lovely eyes curving into crescents. It felt as though Ye Qing was like this wherever he went.
After greeting Su Yiqin, Ye Qing looked around.
Aside from the five members of the National Team, Wangchen and Luo Jiujiu were also notably present. There were few other familiar faces. Many of those who had participated in the National Tournament had chosen not to continue on to the world competition.
