Staring at the seal on the door, Ye Qing called back the number that had sent that message, only to be told that the phone was switched off.
Ye Qing immediately called the Dragon Tamer. "Dragon King, hurry and help me look up a phone number."
"Go ahead."
After hearing him out, the Dragon Tamer had wanted to ask why he was coming to him over such a minor matter. But sensing something off in Ye Qing's tone, and considering that he had just won the championship for the country, he felt he ought to do him this small favor. He immediately changed tack and agreed.
Less than a minute later, Ye Qing followed the address on his phone to the security booth at the foot of the mountain.
"Sir?"
Seeing the familiar old man, Ye Qing knocked on the glass.
"Fuck, who is it now!"
The old man looked up irritably, but the moment he saw Ye Qing's face, he broke into a smile.

Worried about Wang Yao's safety, Ye Qing wasted no time asking, "Yes. Sir, I wanted to ask you something. Someone used your phone to send me a message earlier. Do you know where he is now? Also, how was his mental state?"

The old man flicked the ash off his cigarette and answered casually, then sighed with some regret.

"Take a look at this newspaper."
The old man handed Ye Qing the newspaper that had arrived that morning, marveling inwardly at how powerful that white-haired man from before was. He could even control the fate of senior Pokémon League officials.
