• Xu Taiping accepted Blade Ghost's terms: Blade Ghost would oversee the Mysterious Origin Avatar's blade training, and Xu Taiping would lend him his body for a future challenge against the Shangqing Realm's Number One Blade Cultivator.
• Blade Ghost immediately struck Xu Taiping's clone and scolded it for being too slow, while Xu Taiping returned his divine sense to his true body.
• Xu Taiping chose the Bamboo Grove in the Golden Court Inner Grotto-Heaven for training and began forging swords while controlling his true body and another Origin Beginning Clone.

• Huailü activated a Message Talisman, and Liang Zhu arrived, but a male Ghost Corpse seized Huailü and threatened to kill her unless Liang Zhu put down her sword.
• Liang Zhu released the Azure Fish, and the Ghost Corpse hurled Huailü toward her before summoning eight blood-clad Flying Jiangshi.

• Liang Zhu used her primordial spirit to control Azure Fish and killed the blood-robed flying jiangshi, but Huailü seized her true body after becoming a ghost corpse.
• The white-robed ghost corpse offered Liang Zhu the choice of death or becoming his ghost general, and Liang Zhu refused and attacked him.

At Five Elders Peak, Zhao Qian realized Yuyangzi had sent his three strands of Corpse Demon Qi to attack Taiping, just as Ghost Corpses surrounded the peak.

• Lin Buyu left Liang Zhu and flew toward Forget-Me-Not Peak, while Liang Zhu heard Wu Liang's warning that Ghost Corpses were targeting Taiping in seclusion.

Yuyangzi broke free of the talismans sealing him and unleashed the Frost Heaven Command, freezing the land around Forget-Me-Not Peak. Lin Buyu shattered his frozen domain and gave Liang Zhu an opening to attack, but Yuyangzi evaded her sword strike after reading its trajectory.

• Lin Buyu's sword strike pierced Yuyangzi, but Yuyangzi's talismans flew away and he unleashed a blizzard that froze everything within a hundred miles.
• Lin Buyu formed a wall of Sword Qi around Forget-Me-Not Peak and told Liang Zhu to strike Yuyangzi once she broke his Frost Heaven Command.
• Yuyangzi sensed Liang Zhu and sent thousands of ice swords at her, but Lin Buyu's aurora-like Sword Light forced him to gather his frost power into a snowflake.
