Arc 93The Crimson Heaven Trial
Xu Taiping survived a deadly trial in the Crimson Heaven Spirit Garden, reunited with old allies, and defeated Upper Realm cultivators who came for the Celestial Palace Star Map Stone. As he prepared for the Dragon-Slaying Assembly, Three Corpses Cave began forcing open the Dragon-Trapping Tower, and Xu Taiping chose to face Du Heng himself.
- Xu Taiping burned Demon Emperor Jiao’s body, resisted the Heartless Demon Emperor’s attempts to bargain, and prepared to fight before an attack from Outer Heaven forced him to defend against a vast blade shadow.
- Xiang Nantian and Qi Haitang arrived with the Geng Metal Thousand-Eyed Crow, which destroyed the Heartless Demon Emperor’s frozen body, then tested Xu Taiping’s resolve and showed him the sealed Room Ding in the Dragon-Trapping Tower.
- Xu Taiping entered the Minor Grotto-Heaven and killed a Chitie Barbarian Ox, but the herd nearly crushed him before he reached the Dragon-Slaying Stele and recovered with a Yaoguang Fruit.
- Xiang Nantian and Qi Haitang gave Xu Taiping a map and clues to the Crimson Heaven Spirit Garden, then entrusted him with Shang Jiu’s and the little girl’s bodies before departing for the Upper Realm.
- Xu Taiping used Lotus Eye’s Divine Soul Mark to learn that a white-haired Daoist intended to kill Qi Haitang and Xiang Nantian at Tusita Palace, and he bargained with the Daoist to spare them for ten years.
- Ningchan Cave’s cultivators demanded the Celestial Palace Star Map Stone, but Xu Taiping, Dongfang Yuejian, and Xuanzhi defeated the gathered attackers after Xiahou You and Zheng Zimo delivered a message from Heavenly Lord Shihu and Yun Shiliu.
- Xu Taiping entered the Crimson Heaven Spirit Garden to train and gather spirit fruits, while Dongfang Yuejian invited him to Chenglong Heaven before the Dragon-Slaying Assembly.
- Three Corpses Cave’s Du Heng began forcing open the Dragon-Trapping Tower’s Gate-Sealing Stone, and Xu Taiping refused to hide, preparing to confront him while Abbot Jiaye blocked outside communications.
