"How interesting." Her voice was as lazy as before. "The first reflex any wizard has ever had in front of me was to attack... It seems this isn't an appropriate time for chatting. If there's nothing else..."

As she spoke, she pursed her lips and glanced out the window. Her meaning was obvious—if there was nothing else, she would answer that "fire-face's" request and help Beta Town deal with the Black Tide incident.

Zheng Qing's expression stiffened slightly.

"You still haven't told me what danger I'm in." The young publicly funded student tried to complain in a lighthearted tone. To seem closer to her, he once again abandoned formal speech.

"Oh, that question." Su Shijun raised a finger and pressed it to her brow. After thinking for a moment, she slowly replied, "Because your identity is rather sensitive, from now until the appropriate time arrives, you cannot participate in any off-campus hunts or other disputes... to avoid accidents."

"Like what happened during last winter's hunt," Zheng Qing murmured.

"Bingo!" The witch snapped her fingers and continued, "More specifically, you cannot leave the area covered by the school's Guardian
