Early in the morning, snowflakes had drifted down as if they cost nothing, blanketing the entire university. According to people from the Student Union, the thin layer of snow that had fallen during the light snowfall had been quite well received; Jiuyou Academy had been in charge of Meteorological Supervision then. Over the past few days, however, the responsibility had shifted to wizards from Alpha Academy. To make a deeper impression, they had splurged on more than a dozen snowflake weather balloons at once.

The Red-faced Male Wizard grumbled inwardly as he trudged unevenly through the Pedestrian Street.
Before long, he reached his destination.
Number 98 Pedestrian Street had originally been a spell shop owned by an old wizard named Mu Mingzi. A few months ago, it had been transferred to the Sin Absolution Knight Order and was now the hunting team's official base—just as Xiangqi Society had Number 49 Gamma Street, and the Blood Kin Society had Number 18 Gamma Street. Every student club with even a little standing had a proper office of its own.
To the left of Number 98 was D&K. It was already evening, yet the shop was bustling. Most of the people inside wore Alpha Academy robes, though Zhang Jixin had no idea whether they had heard something from their elders.
To the right of Number 98 was Sanyou Bookstore. Its doors and windows had been shut for a long time, yet there was not a speck of dust on them. He had heard that both Beta Town and First University had people assigned to clean the place three times a day, rain or shine.
