Using the Great Art of Changing Heaven and Earth from the Source Heavenly Arts, Lu Chen altered his appearance and assumed the name Zhou Feng. Together with Yao Yuekong, the young master of the Heavenly Demon Palace, and several outstanding youths of the Demon Race, he entered this core Gambling on Stones area.
An unusual bamboo grew here. Its joints were snowy white, like fine jade, and its leaves bore specks of blood resembling teardrops. It was known as Blood-Tear Jade Bamboo.
Many legends surrounded this jade bamboo. Some said the bloodstains on its jade leaves came from the falling tears of gods, while others claimed they had been stained by the blood of Primordial Kings.
In short, its origins were obscure, but this rare jade bamboo was scarcely seen anywhere in the world. The only known grove stood in the Yaoguang Stone Workshop. It released vast amounts of pure spiritual energy, nourishing the Heaven-Class Stone Garden.
As soon as Lu Chen and his companions entered the Heaven-Class Stone Garden, they caught the attention of several old men. White-haired and exceedingly aged, they even gave off a faint air of impending decay.
These were all figures of Supreme Elder rank from major powers. With little time left to live, they lingered year-round in the Heaven-Class Stone Workshop of the great Holy Lands, hoping to gamble their way to a peerless divine medicine that could prolong their lives.
