After reverse-engineering and analyzing the genetic material, he found that its owner matched Thanos, the cosmic overlord he had seen through Future Sight.
The Brads in the original reality, Parallel Universe 1, had not carried out any project to send spacecraft to attack Thanos.
That meant this package of Thanos's genetic data could only have come from Primordial Brad.
Of course, Clone 4, the Data God Brad Skynet, might also have killed Thanos somewhere in the Multiverse and sent the data back.
But knowing Clone 4's style, if he had really killed Thanos, he would never have sent back nothing more than a genetic data package.
He would have bundled up the technology of an entire space pirate fleet and sent it back.
The data package also revealed his other self's intentions to Brad.
Bionic Mimicry Ability.
Bionics referred to the discovery, through humanity's study of nature, that many functions found in plants and animals actually surpassed human technological designs intended to perform similar tasks.
Over millions of years of natural evolution, plants and animals had not only fully adapted to nature, but had done so to a degree approaching perfection.
The purpose of bionics, therefore, was to attempt to imitate the natural functions of animals and plants through technology.
