The book goes premium tomorrow, Monday, December 15, at noon.

I reviewed the lessons from my last book beforehand to avoid starting high and ending low. Its apparent traffic was pretty good, but very little of that translated into actual results. The main problem was that the gap between the anticipation built up early on and what came later was a bit too wide. The setting wasn't fully fleshed out when I started, and there was also the issue of how much I updated.

Keep the strengths, ditch the weaknesses.

This book doesn't have that problem. The setting and the anticipation definitely won't collapse-after all, I've already learned that lesson once. It's just that the numbers during the free-release period don't feel quite as good as they did for the last book.

But as the saying goes, what can dispel my worries? Only ten thousand words a day.

If first-chapter subscriptions top a thousand, I'll write ten thousand words a day for a whole month!

I've heard the traffic you get from ten thousand words a day is seriously sweet.

As for Na'er and Gu Yue, they won't fuse permanently. But there will be temporary fusions like a Martial Soul Fusion Skill-one dragon, three ways to enjoy it. As for why Gu Yue gives up on reclaiming Na'er, I won't make her some silly, lovesick fool. Gu Yue's seventy percent of their origin power can indeed suppress Na'er's measly thirty percent, but what if that number starts growing? There'll be a fitting reason, not some brainless nonsense. As the saying goes, you have to use magic to defeat magic.

Just as I said at the start, I'm going to give you all something different!

Now, let's talk about this book.

My original idea for the protagonist's abilities actually wasn't this.
