Seeking Answers About the Difference Between the Mangekyō Sharingan and the Three-Tomoe Sharingan

"Your house is pretty big." Kenichi Amamiya looked at Kakashi sitting across from him, feeling a bit overwhelmed. How exactly had things gotten to this point?
