Kenichi Amamiya had no idea that Naruto was off on a passionate adventure elsewhere. He was currently staring at the things before him, lost in thought. Ever since arriving in this strange world, Kenichi had discovered that it contained some equally strange things. Their existence was not particularly unique in itself, but they seemed rather unusual in this world. Kenichi studied the things before him with great interest. They looked like the Sprites from Western fantasy tales, complete with wings. He could not understand what they were saying, but an idea formed in his mind. Although he could not understand them, he was curious about them. So Kenichi simply gathered up the entire group. They had been terrified at first, but after he placed them in his own world, the Sprites became much happier, visibly delighted. Kenichi smiled and shook his head at the sight. He glanced at the monster flying overhead, amusement in his eyes. He had noticed earlier that although the thing appeared to be herding them, it was actually acting according to basic intelligence. It reminded him of animals from his previous life. Those animals displayed similar behavior, but they were merely animals, not intelligent lifeforms. That alone showed how strict the people of this world were in making such distinctions. With that in mind, Kenichi lost all interest in communicating with it. Besides, the monster offered one advantage: its territory generally would not contain any particularly powerful civilization. After all, anything it could use as a pasture was unlikely to possess intelligent lifeforms that were too clever.
