Kenichi prepared the Shinobi World to fight Ōtsutsuki Isshiki, while studying the Time Machine, Kaguya’s consciousness, and the gods’ unusual powers. Jiraiya sacrificed himself to weaken Isshiki, and the allied forces joined Kaguya in battle, leaving Isshiki battered and restrained but not yet defeated.

• Jiraiya feigned interest in joining Kara to gather intelligence on Ōtsutsuki Isshiki, while Kenichi Amamiya and Minato Namikaze continued Naruto’s training and Madara Uchiha pushed Sasuke through brutal exercises.
• Kenichi and Amado Sanzu studied the Time Machine, experimented with Kaguya Ōtsutsuki’s consciousness and clones, and investigated the gods’ strange bodies and abilities for clues to its energy source.
• Kenichi prepared to fight Isshiki by helping Sasuke and Naruto awaken Rinnegan, assembling weapons and allied forces, and enlisting the Sage of Six Paths and Kaguya after releasing her from her seal.
• Jiraiya attacked Isshiki in Sage Mode and held him in place as a Hydrogen Bomb exploded, apparently killing himself, but Isshiki survived Kenichi’s subsequent bombardment and Antimatter Bomb test.
• Kenichi, the Sage of Six Paths, Kaguya, and the allied shinobi fought Isshiki, with Kaguya anticipating his attacks and repeatedly striking him with All-Killing Ash Bones.

Kenichi investigated the Otsutsuki Clan, studied Kaguya’s transformation, and began a relationship with her while pursuing the energy and knowledge needed for the Time Machine. Their first jump carried them to a different timeline, where Kenichi began investigating its changed history and Otsutsuki threats.

• Kenichi questioned Ōtsutsuki Isshiki about the clan, then let him die and continued studying Otsutsuki genes and the God Tree.
• Kenichi discovered the boy beneath Kara’s base had become the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, then learned about Karma and stopped Isshiki from using it on him.
• Kenichi investigated False God's Blood with Kaguya and found energy-producing organisms in a cavern, while Kaguya struggled with her fused humanity and feelings for him.
• Kenichi and Kaguya analyzed the cavern’s organisms, and Kaguya accepted Kenichi’s proposal to be his girlfriend and wife.
• Kenichi took Kaguya to a movie, then activated the Time Machine with her and arrived in a timeline where Orochimaru was Konoha’s Fifth Hokage.
• Kenichi left the Hidden Leaf Village with Kaguya to investigate the changed world, reached Kirigakure, and saw two Sage-like figures appear.

Kenichi captured Ōtsutsuki Isshiki and used a shifting illusion to draw out his knowledge while studying time, Kaguya’s power, and a deadly bacteriophage. The stretch ended with Kenichi preparing to test an improved bacteriophage on Isshiki’s clone as he continued investigating time.

• Kenichi and Kaguya Ōtsutsuki found Ōtsutsuki Isshiki beneath Amegakure, captured him, and brought him to Kenichi’s base for questioning and experiments.
• Kenichi studied time, spent time with Kaguya in Konoha, and developed a genjutsu that trapped Isshiki in an illusion designed to gradually reveal his secrets.
• Kenichi and Kaguya examined Isshiki’s extracted knowledge while Kenichi studied the Pure Land’s cannon, Kaguya’s energy, and the Otsutsuki Clan’s cultivation methods.

• Isshiki encountered Cthulhu within the illusion and received a strange mark, while Kenichi confirmed the bacteriophage affected Isshiki slowly.
• Amado reported that a new bacteriophage could kill an infected ninja within an hour and resist Medical Ninjutsu, and Kenichi decided to test it on Isshiki’s clone as he continued studying time.

Kenichi Amamiya mastered time, built a new world through experiments and technological progress, and prepared to face the Otsutsuki Clan. The stretch ended with Amado Sanzu’s Strange Liquid dividing people into two weaker copies as Kenichi began investigating it.

• Kenichi Amamiya completed his understanding of time, then used genjutsu to educate Hiroshi Ōtsutsuki and other students, though his first attempt at molding Hiroshi into a politician ended when Kaguya Ōtsutsuki snapped his neck.
• Kenichi Amamiya returned to his original Timeline, where Kaguya Ōtsutsuki defeated Ōtsutsuki Isshiki, and he helped establish worldwide scientific advancement while reviving Kirigakure’s dead and reuniting Nagato Uzumaki with Konan.
• Kenichi Amamiya continued developing technology and preparing for the Otsutsuki Clan, while Ōtsutsuki Isshiki chose to remain in an illusory world and Uchiha Hikari resolved to stay by Kenichi’s side.
