"Could you stop having such dirty thoughts? She just happened to sit with us today. How does that mean she's interested in me? Besides, we're high school students. Studying should come first. Anyway, I don't want to date anyone."

"Don't look into her eyes! Scraggy, use Venoshock!" the boy ordered. Venoshock was Scraggy's Egg Move and one of the few moves he had that was super effective against Sylveon.

"How can you attack such an adorable Sylveon?! Are you even human?!" Everyone voiced their indignation.

Still, Scraggy unleashed Venoshock, sending a glob of venom flying toward Sylveon.

Su Han paid the venom no mind. "Dodge with Quick Attack, then follow up with Swift."

"Vee~" Sylveon cleared the glob of venom with a light leap. Then she used Quick Attack, charging rapidly toward Scraggy and slamming into him. Leaping backward, she hurled a stream of flying stars that struck him again.

"Scrag!" Realizing he was in trouble, Scraggy quickly rallied himself and endured the entire combo. Now he stood on the battlefield, panting heavily, barely a step away from being unable to battle.

The boy was stunned. Although he knew Sylveon had Scraggy completely countered, he had not expected Scraggy to be unable to withstand even Normal-type moves. If Scraggy had not used Endure at the critical moment to cling to a sliver of stamina, he would probably have been knocked out already.

The boy did not know, but Cheng Tian did: this Sylveon's Ability was Pixilate, which turned all her Normal-type moves into Fairy-type moves and slightly increased their damage.

What looked like two Normal-type moves had actually been two Fairy-type attacks landing on Scraggy.

That final kiss left Scraggy blissfully unable to battle.

"The winner is Sylveon!"

The spectators applauded, celebrating Sylveon's victory. Sylveon trotted back and once again wrapped her snow-white ribbons around Su Han's arm, giving a soft cry as though asking to be pampered.

Su Han crouched down and gently stroked Sylveon's head. "Well done, Xianxian."

It truly had been a crushing victory. From beginning to end, Scraggy had never landed a single attack on Sylveon. He had been utterly toyed with.

The boy had already recalled Scraggy and trudged off to get him treated. Su Han recalled Sylveon as well and left the battlefield.
