Yang Yonggang had left Nalu in charge of watching the Gym and come here to see Cheng Tian himself. After all, he had recommended Trial Peak, so he certainly bore responsibility when something went wrong.
Han Yu had come for the same reason: he was the one who had taken Cheng Tian up there. Then there was Nier. Nier had never imagined that something so serious would happen to Cheng Tian. Two days after Nier descended the mountain, Manectric had come racing down in a desperate hurry, carrying Cheng Tian and Greninja on its back.
Nier had been baffled, too. Hadn't they said Aron was the one going up there to evolve? How had Frogadier ended up evolving instead?!
Su Han seemed to need no reason to be here. Being Cheng Tian's girlfriend was reason enough.
When she ran all the way over from the Pokémon League and saw Cheng Tian unconscious, she burst out crying with a loud wail. The sight of her heartache was wrenching.
"Ahem, get off him first. There seems to be something wrong with his ribs. He can't speak right now," Yang Yonggang hurriedly said. Only then did Su Han get up from Cheng Tian's chest in a slight panic, strings of tears still clinging to her fair, tender cheeks.
Just as she got up, a blonde, blue-eyed foreign nurse walked over and began asking something in English.
Yang Yonggang and Han Yu couldn't understand her, so Nier communicated with her.
A moment later, Nier took a stack of medical reports from her and saw her out.
"How is he?" Han Yu asked.
Nier frowned as Nier flipped through the reports. "The test results... everything is normal???"
"Huh?" Yang Yonggang's eyes widened. "The kid's in so much pain he can't even talk, and you're telling
