This Wooper was responsible for setting the weather, so barring any surprises, Chen Tao would send out Wartortle. Swift flew out and intercepted Mud Shot. Sylveon became a pink blur as it swiftly leaped forward, charging straight at Wooper.
"Use Bulldoze!" Wooper swayed its body, Ground-type energy stirring as its Bulldoze struck toward Sylveon.
