"Take flight! Use Hydro Pump!"
With a rapid beat of its wings, Hydreigon narrowly avoided the sweeping tail, but the wind whipping past still threw it off balance!
After finally steadying itself, Hydreigon roared furiously. All three heads opened their mouths and unleashed three powerful, rapidly spinning Hydro Pumps that slammed into Steelix!
Under the relentless barrage of powerful water, Steelix's movements faltered slightly!
