Sukuna glanced at the younger Gojo before him. Thinking of the injuries the Binding Vow had just inflicted on him, he fought down the urge to cut the man down and began soothing the angry Little Fox inside him.
Little Fox was angry. Very angry-it had tried several times to switch out and heal Sukuna, only for him to forcibly suppress it every time.
Now that the battle was over, the force holding it down finally disappeared, and it immediately darted out of Sukuna's body.
Cradled in Sukuna's arms, the snow-white Little Fox angrily raised its paws and smacked his chest hard.
As it released healing energy to envelop Sukuna, it kept smacking him and scolding him furiously-

Little Fox sounded both angry and upset, and Sukuna hurriedly coaxed it in a low voice.
He gently caught the paw it was smacking him with. Its blows didn't hurt him in the slightest;
