• Shinobu Kocho kissed Lin Guang, and after they spent time together, she told him to leave while joking that she would find someone to stand up to him.
• Lin Guang revealed to Kanae Kocho that lost souls could become Guardian Spirits and explained that they could switch between soul and physical forms.
• Kanae Kocho agreed to become Lin Guang's Guardian Spirit and entered the Spirit Host Space, where she found a flower-filled landscape and a house like the Butterfly Mansion.
• A golden contract marked Kanae Kocho's name on a mountain, binding her to the space and allowing Lin Guang to summon her.

Lin Guang spent the afternoon with Shinobu Kocho, who showed him a stamina potion she had developed from his samples. After they tested it by sparring, Lin Guang decided the potion could help ordinary Corps members ahead of the coming battle against Muzan Kibutsuji.

After nearly two months of preparation, Lin Guang sensed Muzan Kibutsuji’s arrival as Muzan confronted the dying Kagaya Ubuyashiki at his home. Kagaya spoke of their shared bloodline and humanity’s undying will, while Muzan insisted his dream of eternal life would come true once he obtained Nezuko.

• Lin Guang sensed a dozen eyeball-like things and realized Muzan Kibutsuji had arrived.
• Muzan Kibutsuji visited Kagaya Ubuyashiki, who was gravely ill and blind, and mocked his condition.
• Kagaya Ubuyashiki explained how Muzan’s birth had cursed their clan and asked what dream had driven him for a thousand years.
• Muzan Kibutsuji admitted that obtaining Nezuko would fulfill his dream of eternal life.

Kagaya Ubuyashiki lured Muzan Kibutsuji to the Corps headquarters and detonated the estate, setting the final battle in motion. Lin Guang rescued Tamayo from her attempt to sacrifice herself, then returned as the Hashira and Tanjiro gathered to face Muzan.

• Kagaya Ubuyashiki told Muzan Kibutsuji that his death would strengthen the Demon Slayer Corps and that Muzan’s death would doom the demons.
• Kagaya Ubuyashiki detonated his estate as Muzan moved to kill him, and Lin Guang sent clones to protect the Corps members.
• Lin Guang arrived to find Gyomei Himejima pinning Muzan with black thorns while Tamayo attacked him, and Lin Guang cut off Tamayo’s arm and carried her to safety.

Shinobu rescued a woman while Lin Guang blocked Doma’s attack, and the confrontation continued with Doma trying to draw out Shinobu’s painful memories.

• Muzan Kibutsuji dropped the Hashira and other Demon Slayer Corps members into Infinity Castle, while Lin Guang’s clones and Tamayo stayed behind to watch for wounded fighters.
• Tamayo explained that she and Shinobu Kocho had combined four drugs to weaken Muzan, and Lin Guang left the task of finishing him to his original body.

Lin Guang, Tanjiro, and Giyu Tomioka encountered Akaza in the Infinity Castle and fought him together. The battle continued as Akaza targeted Tanjiro and challenged Giyu, while Lin Guang and the others pressed their attacks.

• Lin Guang reassured Kiriya Ubuyashiki that he would protect the Demon Slayer Corps and help defeat Muzan.
• Akaza appeared before Lin Guang, Tanjiro, and Giyu, then immediately attacked Tanjiro.

Tanjiro, Giyu Tomioka, and Lin Guang defeated Akaza after he chose to end his own life, while the battle against Doma continued. Lin Guang revealed Kanae Kocho to Shinobu Kocho, and the sisters reunited before turning their attention back to Doma.

• Lin Guang explained that a crimson Nichirin Blade could harm demons who had overcome neck decapitation, and Giyu Tomioka charged at Akaza with renewed resolve.

• Nakime shifted the Infinity Castle around the three demon slayers, repeatedly sending Mitsuri Kanroji, Lin Guang, and Obanai Iguro away from her.

Kokushibo revealed that he was Tsugikuni Michikatsu, Muichiro Tokito’s ancestor, and fought Muichiro and Kyojuro Rengoku. After they activated their Demon Slayer Marks, Lin Guang and Gyomei Himejima arrived to join the battle.

• Kokushibo recognized something familiar in Muichiro Tokito, asked his name, and learned that the Tsugikuni surname had disappeared.
• Kyojuro Rengoku explained who Tsugikuni was, and Kokushibo revealed his former identity as Tsugikuni Michikatsu and called Muichiro his descendant.
• Muichiro Tokito and Kyojuro Rengoku attacked Kokushibo with Mist and Flame Breathing techniques, but he evaded their strikes.

Lin Guang, Gyomei Himejima, Kyojuro Rengoku, and Muichiro Tokito fought Kokushibo together, but he repelled their combined attacks. Lin Guang revealed Armament Haki and survived Kokushibo’s instinctive counterattack, while Sanemi Shinazugawa and Tengen Uzui joined the battle.

• Muichiro Tokito warned the Hashira that Kokushibo’s cutting gusts concealed Full Moon Blades that could wound them.
• Lin Guang, Gyomei Himejima, Kyojuro Rengoku, and Muichiro Tokito launched coordinated attacks, but Kokushibo blocked them with his Moon Breathing and evolving Abnormal Blade.

• Tengen Uzui and Sanemi Shinazugawa joined Lin Guang as marked Hashira, and Kokushibo unleashed powerful Moon Breathing attacks against all six swordsmen.
• Lin Guang, Kyojuro Rengoku, and Sanemi Shinazugawa countered Kokushibo’s slashes while Gyomei Himejima and the others closed in through Muichiro Tokito’s mist.

Sanemi Shinazugawa, Lin Guang's clone, and the other Hashira destroyed Kokushibo after he regenerated from decapitation, then the Hashira set off to confront Muzan Kibutsuji. Lin Guang reunited with Shinobu Kocho, Kanao, and Inosuke and led them to a cliff, where they found Muzan's flesh cocoon and Lin Guang's clones guarding four doors.

• Kokushibo broke through his limits and regenerated his head, but the six fighters attacked together and tore his body apart until it crumbled.
• Lin Guang's clone vanished in a puff of smoke and explained that he was not the real Lin Guang; the Hashira suspected he had also created the frost armor that protected them.
• Gyomei Himejima led the Hashira toward Muzan Kibutsuji while Lin Guang received his clone's memories and regretted that the fight had yielded no treasure chest.

Lin Guang and his allies took control of Nakime and learned Muzan Kibutsuji had escaped his cocoon, so they moved to send him out of the Infinity Castle. Muzan fought Lin Guang’s clones as Nakime attacked him, and Lin Guang announced that he would send Muzan to the surface.

• Lin Guang’s clone revealed that Yushiro had helped control Nakime and map the Infinity Castle, while Mitsuri and Obanai Iguro headed for Muzan’s hiding place.
