"Have you forgotten? This is my family's airship. Why wouldn't I be here?"
Back when A Luo was facing off against the Spider and Dina had slipped back into the airship's cockpit at her signal, William had made a snap decision and run back aboard as well.
Like hell he was staying!
If there had only been one formidable person there, he might have been able to talk to them and see whether cooperation was possible.
But now so many formidable people had appeared, and some of them apparently didn't get along. No matter how brave William was, he knew this was no place for him to linger!
If he didn't flee with A Luo and Dina now, they might leave him behind. He had no intention of facing so many troublesome people all alone.
A Luo rolled her eyes at William.
"Now you decide to be smart? Done dreaming? Don't want to bring all those big shots under your command anymore?"
William laughed.
"Obviously! Those guys clearly have a problem with you, and every last one of them looks vicious. If they find out I came with you, they might cut me down before I even get a word out! I'm the eldest son of the Corleone family. If I died over a misunderstanding like that, I'd disgrace myself completely!"
Dina interjected at just the right moment.
"Could you two stop bickering for now? I've reached cruising altitude. Hurry and check whether anyone followed us. If someone sneaks aboard without us noticing, we really will be done for."
A Luo: "..."
William: "..."
The moment Dina finished speaking, a soft chuckle rang out in the quiet cabin.
"Isn't it a little late to think of that now?"
A Luo pressed a hand to her forehead.
