Bang watched Atomic Samurai and his companions leave when he suddenly heard footsteps behind him.
The old man immediately turned around. Seeing Josen and the other two approaching together, he asked, "Josen-kun, are you leaving too?"
"Yes." Josen nodded. "We've imposed on you for so many days. It really is time we said goodbye, Master."
Beside him, Saitama nodded repeatedly, agreement written all over his face. "Yes, if we don't go back soon, we'll miss tomorrow's supermarket sale!"
"Really? Then, Master, let's hurry back!"
Hearing Saitama say that, Genos was startled and immediately grew tense.
Then, as though remembering something, he turned to Bang, bowed, and thanked him again. "Master Bang, thank you so much for all your hard work this time!"
Bang looked at Genos kindly, liking him more the longer he looked, and waved a hand. "Not at all, Mr. Genos. It was only a small matter."
"Oh, right." The old man looked up at the orange-red sun in the sky and suggested, "It's getting late. Why not leave after dinner? I can have my disciples prepare the spicy hot pot you like."
Seemingly recalling when he had first met these two youngsters, Bang said wistfully, "Come to think of it, it's been a while since we sat down together for hot pot."
"Sure!" Saitama's eyes lit up, and he raised his hand to volunteer. "I can help wash the ingredients!"
Genos immediately followed suit, nodding solemnly. "If Master is staying to help, then I have no objections either!"
"In that case..." Josen rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "I'll head to M City and bring King over. Like you said, Master, it really has been a long time since we got everyone together for hot pot!"
"That sounds wonderful." Bang smiled in agreement. "Thanks for making the trip, Josen-kun."
