Drenched in sweat as he helped Frieza up, Dodoria shuddered all over and replied helplessly with a miserable expression, "Well, I don't know either, Lord Frieza!"
"Damn it...how dare he send an assassin to kill me! That damned Vegeta!!" Frieza caught his breath, the fury in his eyes almost tangible as he let out a shrill, grating scream. "Issue the highest-level wanted notice! Have the army hunt Vegeta throughout the Milky Way! Those damned Saiyans! I absolutely won't let him get away this time!!"

This newly built institute stood in the large grounds of Brief's Mansion. In reality, they had simply packed Bulma's laboratory away in a Hoi-Poi Capsule, then converted Dr. Gero's institute, confiscated in the northern region, into a Hoi-Poi Capsule House and put it in its place.
With advanced technology in hand, it was that simple.
"Josen?"
Dressed in a white lab coat, Bulma looked up to see Josen coming through the door and stopped her work in surprise. "Didn't you say you were going into space to find some important genetic material? Why are you back so soon?"
"I remember you only just summoned Shenron!"
"Don't worry about those details." Josen opened his hand, and a test tube filled with purple blood appeared out of thin air.
