Josen smiled warmly and shook Dr. Kuseno's hand. "You're my elder. Please, just call me Josen."
Dr. Kuseno's somewhat solemn expression softened, and he nodded. "Of course, Josen-kun."
After they exchanged pleasantries, Dr. Kuseno's nervousness gradually eased.
Though Josen was a famous S-Class Hero and an idol, he was just as Genos had described: powerful yet gentle.
"Thank you for looking after Genos lately, Josen-kun," Dr. Kuseno said, taking two cups of hot tea from an intelligent robot and handing one to Josen. "Knowing that boy's personality, he must have caused you plenty of trouble!"
"Not at all. Genos is meticulous and hardworking. Really, we're the ones he's been looking after." Josen accepted the cup and took a sip. "That boy may talk about revenge all the time, but he's actually been doing what's right all along. There aren't many young people like him these days."
