Within moments, the elevator reached the ground floor.
The doors opened, and the imposing figure of The Fool appeared behind Iggy.
Wisps of light, drifting sand coiled around Iggy, lifting him into the air.
"Woof, woof, woof!" (Good grief, I'm heading out first. Follow me if you can fly!)

As a Dragon-level Monster, apart from being unable to speak or fly, Rover far surpassed the useless human race in both physical capabilities and the strength of his psychic power.
Watching that cocky little black-and-white dog take flight on sand, he immediately bared his teeth in displeasure!
But a second later, he remembered the instructions the big bad Josen had given him before leaving. Guiltily hiding his fangs, he glanced around with all six eyes on his adorably ugly head. Only after making sure no one was charging out to get him did he listlessly follow Iggy.
The aloof stray had intended to ditch the flightless stupid dog behind him and act alone. But after riding his sand into the air, Iggy suddenly noticed strange noises constantly coming from behind him. He turned to look and was instantly left dumbstruck!
"...Woof?" (Nani?)
Among the newly completed high-rises, a swift black shadow bounded nimbly back and forth off the walls as though free from Earth's gravity. It easily reached a rooftop, then cleared over a hundred meters in a single leap to land atop another building, following the sand-riding Iggy with a series of high-altitude jumps!
When Iggy looked back, the black shadow revealed itself to be a pitch-black dog. It stopped at the edge of another building after landing, panting with its tongue out and its six eyes fixed lazily on Iggy.
That punchable expression seemed to say-
