Ch. 126You Have Already Courted Death!

  • The Ice God told the Rakshasa God that the Sea God and Asura God had begun taking action, then privately considered adding fuel to their conflict and killing the Rakshasa God.
  • Bo Saixi told Tang San he could not undergo the Sea God inheritance and should return the Sea God's Heart, but Tang San misread her words and stayed to fight a guard.
  • The Sea God's arrival lit up Sea God Island, and Tang San was forced to kneel and kowtow while the guard thwarted his poisoned-needle attack.

Tang San agreed to bring Cao De to Sea God Island, while Cao De woke in Spirit City to find Snow Woman reduced to a child and calling him Daddy. After comforting her, Cao De learned she and Ice Empress were badly weakened, but Snow Woman begged him not to send her back to the Far North.

  • Bo Saixi told Tang San to bring Cao De to Sea God Island, and Tang San left confidently with the Sea God's Heart.
  • Cao De woke after two days unconscious and learned from Bibi Dong that Snow Woman had become smaller after he saved her.
  • Snow Woman called Cao De Daddy, and he reassured her that he would never abandon her after she tearfully begged him to keep her.
  • Cao De found the injured Ice Empress, who explained that Snow Woman's soul power and mental power had dissipated and urged him to take them back to the Far North.
  • Snow Woman clung to Cao De and said she did not want to leave, so he promised her she would stay.

Ch. 128Ten-Thousand-Year Ice Marrow: Was It Enough?

Cao De gave Snow Woman and Ice Empress ten-thousand-year ice marrow, allowing them to recover while Ice Empress stayed to keep her sister company. He then went to Bibi Dong to discuss the Nuomi Church, where tensions with Qian Daoliu escalated and Cao De displayed his growing power.

  • Cao De produced a vast supply of ten-thousand-year ice marrow, and Snow Woman began eating a piece.
  • Cao De invited Ice Empress to stay with Snow Woman and recover, and she accepted before eagerly devouring the ice marrow.
  • Cao De carried Snow Woman to the Pope's Palace, where Qian Daoliu questioned Bibi Dong's account of the Nuomi Church's attack.
  • Cao De asked Bibi Dong about the Nuomi Church and said it had to be eradicated, but she told him the investigation had uncovered nothing.
  • Qian Daoliu demanded that Bibi Dong answer for the deaths of four Enshrined, and she blamed Nuomi for their deaths as well as those of Chrysanthemum Douluo and Ghost Douluo.
  • Cao De released blood-red energy that pushed back the power of Bibi Dong and Qian Daoliu, shocking Qian Daoliu with his strength.

Ch. 129Three seconds? Three centimeters?

Cao De convinced Qian Daoliu to trust him about the Nuomi Church and left to bring Qian Renxue, Xiao Wu, and the others into Spirit Hall for safety. Meanwhile, Tang San entered a romance hotel in Vast Sea City as a group of Douluo tracked him, and they spotted him emerging with a woman.

  • Cao De showed Qian Daoliu memories of Nuomi's attack and the mark Nuomi had left on him, and Qian Daoliu agreed to trust him as Xue'er's chosen partner.
  • Qian Daoliu returned to the Worship Hall, and Bibi Dong left Cao De without explaining why she seemed angry.
  • Cao De fed Snow Woman ten-thousand-year ice marrow until she fell asleep, then encountered Hu Liena and rapped her on the head before hurrying away.
  • Cao De returned Snow Woman to bed, asked Ice Empress to watch over her, and flew toward Spirit City to protect Qian Renxue, Xiao Wu, and the others from the Nuomi Church.
  • Tang San entered Azure Sea and Blue Sky in Vast Sea City hoping to find a girl to save, while more than a dozen level 80 Douluo followed and organized their surveillance.
  • The Douluo leader ordered one of his men to report to the High Priest and another to ask around, but the group then saw Tang San leaving with a woman.

Ch. 130Clever Tang San

The Asura God appeared to Tang San and offered him power in exchange for finding Cao De, whom the god wanted to seize a new divine power from. Meanwhile, Cao De returned to Suotuo City with gifts for the girls at Shrek Academy, where Tang Hao searched for Tang San and Ah Yin.

  • The Asura God gave Tang San a task to find Cao De and promised he could deal with Cao De afterward.
  • Tang San claimed he needed more strength, and the Asura God replaced his first Martial Soul with the Clear Sky Hammer and gave it four soul rings.

  • Tang Hao learned from Yu Xiaogang that Tang San had been away training for over a month, then sensed the aura of a hundred-thousand-year soul beast near Shrek Academy.
  • Tang Hao found Xiao Wu watering plants and attacked her, but a jade box at her waist released a red shock wave that deflected his first blow.
  • Flaide rescued Xiao Wu and confronted Tang Hao, but then withdrew his soul rings and let Tang Hao approach her.
  • Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing stepped in to protect Xiao Wu, and Zhu Zhuqing endured Tang Hao's pressure despite being injured.
  • Xiao Wu offered to go with Tang Hao if he let Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing go.

Ch. 132It Was Actually That Man

Cao De returned just as Tang Hao attacked Xiao Wu, Zhu Zhuqing, and Ning Rongrong, then fought him to protect them. After blocking Tang Hao’s Great Sumeru Hammer and foiling his attempt to seize a hostage, Cao De bound him with a Soul Cannon’s chains.

  • Zhu Zhuqing drew Tang Hao’s attention by calling him trash, and Tang Hao struck at her with his Clear Sky Hammer.
  • Cao De appeared, rescued Zhu Zhuqing, reunited with Ning Rongrong and Xiao Wu, and faced Tang Hao, who recognized him as the man who had taken his Clear Sky Hammer in Sunset Forest.
  • Tang Hao tried to flee, but Cao De pursued him and fought off his Clear Sky True Body and Chaotic Cloak attacks.
  • Tang Hao unleashed the Great Sumeru Hammer, but Cao De’s blood-red Evil Spirit caught it and Demon Sword’s Protection shielded the building behind him.
  • Tang Hao tried to reclaim his hammer and then rushed to seize one of the women as a hostage, but Cao De fired a Soul Cannon and bound him with blood-red chains.

Ch. 133The Agony of Torn Balls

  • Sword Douluo, Ghost Douluo, Ning Fengzhi, Flaide, and Zhao Wuji arrived as Cao De freed the three girls from the Demon Blade Shards.
  • At Ning Rongrong’s request, Cao De killed Flaide and Zhao Wuji with Demon Blade Shards before collapsing into a deep sleep.
  • Ning Fengzhi used his soul power on Cao De and told the girls that Cao De was alive but had lost most of his blood.
  • Ning Rongrong explained the battle, then admitted she was pregnant with Cao De’s child; Ning Fengzhi celebrated and proposed returning to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect.

Ch. 134Like Father, Like Son-Tang Xiaohao

Yu Xiaogang fled Shrek Academy, collided with the badly injured Tang Hao, and helped him head for Vast Sea City amid a bizarre misunderstanding about his condition. Elsewhere, the Rakshasa God appeared at Against the Shadow’s failed experiment site and confronted the Nuomi Church Master, who suspected the Ice God had sent her.

  • Yu Xiaogang escaped from Shrek Academy after Tang Hao left, but Tang Hao fell from the sky and collided with him.

  • The Nuomi Church Master asked whether the Ice God had told the Rakshasa God about him.

Ch. 135Cao Dan? Cao Rongshuang?

The Rakshasa God enlisted the Nuomi Church Master to capture Cao De, while Cao De woke from a three-day unconsciousness at the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect and recovered with Xiao Wu, Ning Rongrong, and Zhu Zhuqing. He later thanked Ning Fengzhi for saving him and identified Against the Shadow as belonging to the Nuomi Church.

  • The Rakshasa God showed the Nuomi Church Master Cao De’s image and promised him an inheritance if he captured Cao De, leaving behind green energy for the task.
  • The Nuomi Church Master contained the Rakshasa God’s energy in an iron cage and planned to capture Cao De for his own research rather than hand over the Blood Pearl fusion subject.
  • Cao De woke after three days with Xiao Wu and Ning Rongrong beside him, joked about names for their unborn children, and drank Zhu Zhuqing’s tonic.
  • Cao De visited Ning Fengzhi, thanked him for intervening against Tang Hao, and learned that Against the Shadow had sold Ning Fengzhi weapons able to withstand attacks from a Titled Douluo.
  • Cao De guessed that Against the Shadow belonged to the Nuomi Church, and Ning Fengzhi asked what that sect was.

Ch. 136The Titled Douluo Farted to Death

Cao De urged Ning Fengzhi to bring the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect to Spirit City, and Ning Fengzhi agreed to accompany Ning Rongrong. On the road, Tang San accidentally struck Luo Sanpao with a poisoned steel needle, then helped Yu Xiaogang investigate the attack without revealing that he was responsible.

  • Cao De asked Ning Fengzhi to accompany Ning Rongrong, and Ning Fengzhi agreed to go to Spirit City with her.
  • Yu Xiaogang raced toward Vast Sea City with Tang Hao in a carriage pulled by Luo Sanpao, whose farts repeatedly tormented Tang Hao.
  • Tang San threw a poisoned steel needle at the speeding carriage, seriously injuring Luo Sanpao and overturning the carriage.
  • Tang San supported Yu Xiaogang and pretended to help identify who had thrown the steel needle.

Ch. 137Power through filial piety

Tang San showed Yu Xiaogang that he had destroyed his Blue Silver Grass martial soul and transferred its four soul rings to his Clear Sky Hammer. After Tang Hao scolded him, Tang San apologized and gave him tea, leaving Tang Hao to discover he had been poisoned.

  • Yu Xiaogang and Tang San lifted the carriage roof and found Tang Hao incapacitated, and Yu Xiaogang claimed he had gone to Vast Sea City for treatment.
  • Tang San summoned his Clear Sky Hammer with four soul rings, revealing that he had destroyed his Blue Silver Grass martial soul and gained a Blue Silver Hammer skill.
  • Yu Xiaogang suggested that strength-type soul bones would improve the Clear Sky Hammer, while Tang San secretly considered inheriting Tang Hao’s soul bones.
  • Tang Hao woke while bound by Tang San’s Blue Silver Grass, scolded him, and ordered him to take the carriage to a nearby town.
  • At the inn, Tang San apologized to Tang Hao and gave him tea; after drinking it, Tang Hao realized he had been poisoned.

Ch. 138The Kitten Took the Initiative

Cao De fought off a group of Sea God Island Soul Douluos, but they used the Sea God Stone to summon Bo Saixi. She transported him away, leaving him convinced he was being taken to Sea God Island.

  • Cao De identified the attackers as Sea God Island Soul Douluos and demanded to know what they wanted.
  • The leader sacrificed his arm to save Little Six, then tricked Cao De while attempting to activate the Sea God Stone.

  • Cao De tried to escape through the void, but the stone’s power forced him back as Bo Saixi’s phantom appeared.
  • Bo Saixi enveloped Cao De in blue light and transported him through space, seemingly toward Sea God Island.

Ch. 140I Can See You

Cao De shattered the Sea God Stone to escape Bo Saixi’s capture, then survived the void and fell into the sea near Sea God Island. While he tried to flee unnoticed, Xiao Bai discovered him and confronted him.

  • Cao De attacked the Sea God Stone until Bo Saixi spent its remaining energy speeding through the void, and his final strike shattered it.
  • Cao De used Blade Piercing to slow his fall through the void and reached the sea near Sea God Island, badly injured.
  • Bo Saixi ordered the Seven Sacred Pillars, soul masters, and sea soul beasts to search for Cao De after he failed to appear above the sacrificial platform.

  • Cao De asked how Xiao Bai had sensed him, and Xiao Bai replied that she could not sense him but could see him.

Ch. 141Sea Ghost Douluo

Cao De tricked Xiao Bai into escorting him toward the mainland, but Bo Saixi's barrier stopped them and Sea Ghost Douluo recognized him. After wounding Sea Ghost Douluo, Cao De escaped into the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King's undersea valley, where Bo Saixi arrived to question the pursuit.

  • Cao De persuaded wary Xiao Bai that he was a betrayed hired soul master, and she agreed to tow him toward the mainland.
  • Xiao Bai and Cao De encountered Bo Saixi's blue barrier, and Sea Ghost Douluo appeared and recognized Cao De as the man Lord Sea God wanted captured.
  • Cao De tried to escape with Blade Piercing, but Bo Saixi's barrier suppressed space and Sea Ghost Douluo's phantoms slowed him down.
  • Cao De turned and slashed Sea Ghost Douluo, then fled into the undersea valley where the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King dwelled.
  • Bo Saixi arrived as Sea Ghost Douluo waited outside the valley and reported that Cao De had entered it.

Ch. 142Bo Saixi vs. the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King

Cao De tried to persuade the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King to help him kill Bo Saixi by offering the secret to godhood, but Bo Saixi rescued him before the whale could decide. The Deep Sea Demonic Whale King attacked her, and their battle left his domain close to collapsing under her Sea Burial technique.

  • Cao De descended into the ravine and offered the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King a chance to become a god in exchange for helping him kill Bo Saixi.
  • Cao De showed the whale a ball of blood-red energy and claimed the rest of the treasure was with Bo Saixi, but the whale tried to devour him instead.
  • Bo Saixi broke the whale's restraint and carried Cao De upward, prompting Cao De to taunt the whale into attacking her.
  • The Deep Sea Demonic Whale King froze the surrounding space and confronted Bo Saixi, who struck his domain with rising waves.
  • The Deep Sea Demonic Whale King armored himself with energy and crushed Bo Saixi's waves, but her Sea Burial technique sent waterspouts battering his domain until it nearly collapsed.

Ch. 143Putting Himself on the Line! Still Not Enough?

Cao De tried to exploit Bo Saixi’s need to protect him by provoking the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King into attacking her, while Sea Ghost Douluo reported Cao De’s location to the Sea God. Bo Saixi remained powerful enough to counter the whale king, and the chapter ended with him fleeing toward the seabed as Cao De searched for a way to survive.

  • Cao De tore at the space around him to force Bo Saixi to choose between stopping his escape and fighting the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King, and she focused on restraining him.
  • Cao De provoked the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King, who unleashed Demon Whale Dragon Emperor Annihilation while Cao De deliberately drifted toward the lightning spheres to distract Bo Saixi.
  • Bo Saixi shielded Cao De with her Sacrificial Scepter, but the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King’s attack injured her and devastated the surrounding waters.
  • Sea Ghost Douluo entered the Sea God Hall, used his multicolored shell to summon the Sea God, and reported that Cao De had been found; the Sea God drained Sea Ghost Douluo’s Soul Power and carried the Sea God Trident toward the battle.
  • Bo Saixi used Cry of the Sea to collapse the Black and White Domain, while the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King covered himself in black-and-white mist and fled toward the seabed.

Ch. 144A desperate situation

  • The Sea God revealed Cao De's location with a golden beam, and the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King trapped him with his Black and White Domain.
  • Bo Saixi restrained Cao De and rejected his warning that the Sea God was using her, then silenced him with a painful attack on his throat.

Ch. 145Lord Sea God

The Sea God sacrificed Cao De’s life force to extract the strange power inside him, then drained his followers and Bo Saixi to fuel the Sea God Trident. As Bo Saixi’s soul power ran out, the Sea God focused on the fading phantom of Cao De’s Thousand-Blade Demon Sword, convinced his plan was about to succeed.

  • The Sea God pierced Cao De with the Sea God Trident and began extracting the unusual power within him.
  • The Sea God drained the soul power of several Titled Douluos stationed at the Sea God Pillars, killing them to restore the trident’s strength.
  • Cao De’s Thousand-Blade Demon Sword appeared and shielded him from the trident, frustrating the Sea God’s attempt to extract the power.
  • The Sea God ordered Bo Saixi to touch the trident and secretly began draining her soul power.
  • Bo Saixi realized the Sea God was letting her die, while the Sea God made a final effort to extract Cao De’s energy.

Ch. 146Sacrifice

As Bo Saixi's devotion faded, the Sea God tried to finish extracting energy from Cao De, but the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King sacrificed himself and gave Cao De the power to break free. Cao De confronted the Sea God, who drained the islanders to strengthen himself and unleashed Unfixed Wind Wave while the trident remained lodged in Cao De's chest.

  • Bo Saixi's soul power and devotion to the Sea God faded as he prepared to complete Cao De's inheritance.
  • The Deep Sea Demonic Whale King sacrificed himself, disrupting the Sea God's attack and sending the power of his sacrifice into Cao De.
  • Cao De rejected an ethereal voice's demand to call it Daddy and awakened as his consciousness returned to his body.
  • Cao De attacked the Sea God Phantom with the Thousand-Blade Demon Sword, while the Sea God tried to extract the last of Cao De's energy.
  • The Sea God drained the life force and soul power of Sea God Island's inhabitants, then used Unfixed Wind Wave against Cao De as the trident continued draining him.

Ch. 147Absorb

Cao De fought the Sea God while the Deep Sea Magic Crystal King sacrificed himself, and the sacrifice’s protection allowed the Heavenly Dao to destroy the Sea God’s phantom. After the battle, Cao De used the Sea God Trident to drain his excess soul power and revive Bo Saixi, who woke with him lying on top of her.

  • Cao De used Energy Armorization to fight the Sea God while the Deep Sea Magic Crystal King’s sacrifice replenished his soul power.
  • The Sea God drew on more divine power and attacked Cao De, but the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King’s sacrifice protected Cao De and the sacrificer.
  • A golden net pierced the Sea God’s phantom and scattered it, ending the battle.
  • Cao De’s soul power kept building past his level 90 limit, and he could not remove the Sea God Trident lodged in his chest.
  • Cao De found Bo Saixi near the Deep Sea Magic Crystal King’s skeleton and fed her an immortal herb.
  • The trident absorbed Cao De’s excess soul power and transferred it to Bo Saixi, who woke and asked Cao De to get up.

Ch. 148Charging with a Pair of Balls

Cao De and Bo Saixi headed to the Sea God Hall to seek a way to remove the Sea God Trident lodged in Cao De’s chest. On Sea God Island, they found the island’s people dead, and Bo Saixi asked Cao De to help carry their ashes away.

  • Bo Saixi told Cao De that the Sea God Hall might have a way to remove the trident, then revealed that a curse kept her from entering the sea.
  • Cao De carried Bo Saixi across the water to Sea God Island, where she said the island was cursed too.
  • Bo Saixi directed Cao De toward the Sea God Hall, and they found the island’s inhabitants as desiccated corpses kneeling before it.
  • Bo Saixi silently wept over the dead people she had brought to the island and asked Cao De to take their ashes away.
  • Cao De agreed to help Bo Saixi remove the ashes from Sea God Island.

Ch. 149Hold on Tight

Cao De carried the injured Bo Saixi up the pressure-filled steps to the Sea God Hall and destroyed the Sea God statue after sensing danger. With the statue shattered, Bo Saixi pointed out where the Sea God Trident had been kept, suggesting it could draw the trident from Cao De’s chest.

  • Cao De collected the dried corpses’ ashes for Bo Saixi and carried her up the Sea God Hall’s steps, using Energy Armorization to shield her from the pressure.
  • Cao De broke down the Sea God Hall’s neglected door and entered with Bo Saixi on his back.
  • Bo Saixi sensed a familiar presence gathering inside the Sea God statue, so Cao De hurled his Thousand-Blade Demon Sword and shattered it with Energy Armorization.
  • A streak of golden light shot toward Bo Saixi, but Cao De destroyed it with his Soul Power and Mental Power, causing her to bite her tongue when he stepped back.
  • Bo Saixi pointed to the place where the Sea God Trident had been kept and said it should be able to draw the trident out of Cao De’s chest.

Ch. 150Pop~

Cao De and Bo Saixi escaped the Sea God Hall after Bo Saixi sacrificed her arm to pull the Sea God Trident from Cao De, and he used a rare immortal herb and his soul power to restore her.
