"Hm? What's that sound?" Traute looked at the conspicuous blue arcs flashing through the smoke.
"Who were you calling green?"
"How is this possible? Open fire!" Traute's pupils trembled. Was this man a monster? Even twenty barrels of explosives couldn't kill him?
Bang, bang, bang! The ten people around her immediately gritted their teeth and fired furiously into the smoke.
"Well, if you've come to die early, don't blame me." Chen Si's voice was bone-chillingly cold.
Chen Si instantly turned into a bolt of lightning, streaking through the quiet night sky in a dazzling flash toward the four people closest to him. In an instant, he slashed through and shattered their necks. At the same time, he locked onto his targets with Divine Sense, his eyes blazing blue as lightning gathered in his palm. With a sweep of one hand, six bolts shot out and shattered the skulls of the six people hiding in different spots.
Traute watched blood rain down all around her. Horrified, she immediately used her Vertical Maneuvering Equipment to fly away.
Chen Si pushed off with one leg and shot into the sky as a bolt of lightning, landing on Traute in an instant. The electric arcs around his legs surged through her entire body as he kicked her violently into the ground, driving her into a crater and sending dust billowing in every direction.
Chen Si landed on the dust-covered ground, his eyes glowing blue and arcs of electricity wrapping around him. Traute coughed up blood. Her ears had burst, her teeth were shattered, and all four limbs were broken. With defiance in her eyes, she watched those blue-glowing eyes approach her slowly through the huge cloud of dust.
"I survived even the Colossal Titan's explosion. How could human barrels of explosives possibly kill me?
