After entering this mode, Chinatsu could even sense strange presences that no "human" should have been able to perceive. She guessed that perhaps these were the true Natural Energy, the primal power of this world.
Chinatsu exhaled and slowly withdrew from her Double Senjutsu mode. The markings on her face disappeared, and the presence that had vanished from her body soon returned to normal.
Naruto and Sasuke breathed sighs of relief. Their sister had been so... strange in that state. Both had felt an ominous premonition, a sense that she might leave them, or that they might never see her again...
That absolutely could not happen!
"Sis, how about we forget this? We can find another way. We can grit our teeth and fight, too. Once Naruto's and my Otsutsuki Karma finish transforming, the three of us won't necessarily lose to anyone from the main family!" Sasuke clenched his fists as he spoke anxiously.
Hearing Sasuke's words, Naruto hurriedly nodded along. "Exactly! Exactly! The three of us can take them on together, and Sasuke and I still haven't used Six Paths: Chibaku Tensei. If anyone from the main family comes, we'll beat the living daylights out of them!"
Of course, despite what Naruto and Sasuke said, they were only putting on brave faces. Neither had that kind of confidence. They were merely trying to convince themselves, then use those newly convinced selves to try to convince Chinatsu.
But how could Chinatsu be swayed by that?
"Don't worry. I know what I'm doing. Have I ever let either of you down over all these years? I'm your invincible big sister, remember?"
Their height difference meant Chinatsu could no longer pat their heads, so she simply reached out with both hands and gave each of them a hard clap on the back.
