Several towering cranes had also been erected.

Naruto had seen the plans for the Konoha New District and offered quite a few suggestions.
Once it was complete, the Konoha New District would have a large shopping mall, a sprawling entertainment district, Konoha Square, Konoha Stadium... and several other large facilities.
Naruto looked forward to seeing Konoha become a modern city in the near future.
After checking out the construction site, Naruto returned home.
He left a Shadow Clone at home, picked up his already-packed luggage, and used the Teleportation Device to leave Konoha.

Itachi was teaching red thought to a group of children around ten years old.
Once Itachi's lesson ended, Shisui's began.
Shisui's lessons were straightforward and simple: physical training.
Shisui and Itachi had discovered something... Nen was, in fact, largely a manifestation of willpower.
And instilling red thought was the best way to strengthen that willpower.
Of course, a strong body was also important alongside a strong will.
The stronger someone's willpower, the more likely they were to awaken Nen.
Once both their willpower and physique met the requirements, all they needed was a trigger to awaken Nen!
What was that trigger? Naturally, it was someone who already possessed Nen drawing out the Nen within their body.
This was another conclusion Itachi and Shisui had reached through their research.
