The next morning.
Naruto and Zeff went out to train, while Wolffy stayed home and began putting together some things Naruto would need for school.
Sitting on a stool, Wolffy rubbed his chin and considered what Naruto needed to take to school.
"A Space Backpack, a PSP, a PSV, a Switch..."
"He'll need some things for self-defense, too."
"A rocket launcher, a Bubble Machine, a Shrinking Pill... those three should do!"
"He'll probably sleep in class... might as well add a Sleep Pillow!"
Just as Wolffy was about to get to work, the Wolf-Head Vibrator on the table began buzzing.
"Huh? Is that pervy Hokage here again?"
Barely had Wolffy finished speaking when a knock came at the door.
Wolffy went to open it and saw the Third Hokage tapping the ash from his pipe beside the stairs.
"Oh... old man Third... what brings you back?"
Wolffy asked while picking his nose.
The Third frowned at Wolffy's sloppy manner. He knew this must be another of Naruto's personalities.
"You aren't Zeff?"
The Third asked tentatively.
"Nope, I'm King Wolffy of Green-Green Grassland!"
After introducing himself, Wolffy invited the Third inside.
The Third entered and saw mountains of scrap metal and discarded household appliances.
But the Third paid them no mind. Instead, he sat down and asked Wolffy, "Are you and that Zeff both Naruto's alternate personalities?"
Hearing the Third's question, Wolffy realized he had mistaken Naruto for a mental patient with multiple personalities.
"What alternate personalities? Naruto is Naruto, and I'm me!"
Wolffy was telling the truth, but to the Third, this meant Naruto's condition was already beyond help!
"Wolffy, what do you think of Konoha?"
The Third asked another question.
His main reason for coming this time was to learn what Naruto's alternate personalities thought.
"Konoha? No particular opinion. You should ask Naruto that question. I usually listen to him, anyway!"
Hearing Wolffy say that, the Third felt Naruto's mental illness might not be beyond help after all. At least... his alternate personalities generally obeyed his main personality.
"Could I speak to Zeff?"
The Third decided he should speak to each of Naruto's alternate personalities. He needed to know what each of them thought before deciding what to do next.
After all... Naruto was Konoha's Nine-Tails Jinchuriki. He couldn't afford even the slightest oversight.
Upon learning that the Third wanted to speak with Zeff, Wolffy nodded and began contacting him.
Meanwhile, Zeff was watching Rock Lee and Naruto train.

At Naruto's House, Wolffy closed his eyes. When they opened again, both the look in Naruto's clone's eyes and his presence had changed dramatically.

That made the Third's expression even more serious as he regarded Zeff.
"You're Zeff?"
"Yes!" Zeff nodded. "I am Zeff, Third Hokage!"
Just as Zeff finished speaking, Wolffy's voice sounded in his mind.
"Zeff... the Third Hokage thinks Naruto is a mental patient with multiple personalities. Figure out how to fool him yourself!"
"Get it done quickly. I have a lot of work to do today!"
"Zeff, how do you view Konoha?"
The Third repeated the question he had asked Wolffy.
"As long as you don't do anything to hurt Naruto, I'll have no issue with Konoha!"
Zeff's answer left the Third deep in thought.
The Third could certainly avoid hurting Naruto. After all, he had never intended to hurt him in the first place.
"I can do that, but... how can you guarantee that you alternate personalities won't hurt Naruto?"
"I've looked into some cases of multiple personalities over the past few days. In quite a few of them, the main personality was taken over or even devoured by an alternate personality."
The Third had indeed read quite a lot of literature on multiple personalities lately.
There were ways to treat multiple personalities, such as... erasing memories.
Another example... the Yamanaka Clan's secret techniques could also treat multiple personalities.
But treatment could only proceed with the patient's cooperation.

"This has all the DLC for that game. Take it and download it!"
Knowing that the Third would come asking for the game's DLC sooner or later, Naruto had prepared it well in advance!
Only after accepting the USB Drive as though it were a priceless treasure did the Third leave Naruto's House.
Naturally, the Third remained skeptical of the Nine-Tails' words.
But for now... he could only trust the Nine-Tails and Naruto's two personalities.
Treating Naruto would require Naruto's own cooperation.
