Upon seeing Shisui Uchiha and Uchiha Itachi, Naruto abandoned his plans to go eat for the moment.

As he spoke, Naruto looked at Uchiha Itachi and continued, "And you too, Uchiha Brocon."

Hearing what Naruto called him left Uchiha Itachi speechless, but he offered no rebuttal.
