Uchiha Fugaku, both the Uchiha Clan Head and the head of the Konoha Military Police Force, stepped forward and demanded an answer, his eyes fixed on Uchiha Inabi and his brother.
Seeing that everyone around him was one of their own, Uchiha Inabi planned to pin all the blame on Naruto, the outsider.
He believed that, as the grandson of the Uchiha's chief elder, most of those present would take his word for it.

Standing behind Uchiha Fugaku, Uchiha Itachi and Shisui Uchiha found Naruto's approach rather familiar!
And what came next was even more familiar.
Faced with Naruto's instigation, Uchiha Inabi offered no explanation. Instead, he poured more fuel on the fire.
"Clan Head Fugaku, whether he's your guest or not, he's an outsider wandering around our clan compound. As a member of the Konoha Military Police Force and the chief elder's grandson, surely it's reasonable for me to investigate!"
