Suzaku Kururugi gave her a puzzled look.
The woman draped in the purple robes of a Knight of the Round seemed quite forceful.
Gino whispered an introduction in his ear:
"She was Princess Cornelia's senior. A very competitive woman. I heard that back in military school, she kept Princess Cornelia completely under her thumb. She even made the princess cry..."
Huh? Made Cornelia cry? That formidable Governor of Area 11?
He tried hard to picture Cornelia crying, but simply couldn't.
It was utterly unimaginable.
He looked up at the woman again...
She really won't be easy to deal with!
Nonette clicked her tongue in displeasure:
"Tch! Such a glorious achievement, and you have to whisper about it? Are you looking down on me, Gino?"
"Huh? You heard that? Sorry, I was just talking."
Gino quickly darted aside, pressing his palms together toward Suzaku Kururugi with an apologetic expression:
"Sorry, Suzaku. I can't help you now. Just be a good boy and accept Nonette's challenge."
He left with Anya.
Only Suzaku Kururugi and Nonette remained in the recreation room.
Suzaku sighed helplessly. It seemed there was no escaping this "sparring match."
Nonette jerked her head at him:
"Follow me, rookie."
They walked quite a distance without encountering anyone.
What was more, exquisite ornaments filled the lavish building. It didn't look like a place with a training ground at all.
Suzaku Kururugi was a little puzzled.
"This... isn't the way to the training ground, is it?"
Nonette didn't deny it. She merely gave him a meaningful smile:
"Someone wants to see you."
Someone wants to see me?
