Early in the morning.

The entire outer perimeter of the royal palace was already packed with people, nearly all of them common citizens. Of course, guards were also present to maintain order.

Now that the Roa Kingdom had become the Tru Kingdom, all the citizens were looking forward to this meeting, as it would be a moment that changed their fate.

Not only the citizens of Roa, but even the original citizens of Tru attached great importance to it.

Many people had even traveled thousands of miles just to be the first to learn about the contents of this meeting.

Such a grand occasion was something no other country in the Pirate World could possibly witness.

The crowd outside continued to grow more congested, while more and more people kept arriving.

Nova, who was inside the royal palace, naturally knew what was happening outside, but there was little he could do about it.

However, before this meeting began, he had already arranged for a nationwide live broadcast. Yet there were not many people standing in front of the broadcast stations.

Junhe was in charge of security for this assembly. Standing atop the palace walls, he shouted down at the citizens below, "Everyone, I am Junhe, commander of the King's Guard. By His Majesty's order, no one is permitted to crowd here. His Majesty has set up broadcast stations in every area. You can watch the live broadcast of this royal palace meeting there."

Since most citizens had not known about the broadcast stations beforehand, they had crowded in front of the palace gates.

After hearing this, the King's Guard under Junhe also began explaining the situation.

It took more than half an hour before the crowd gradually dispersed. As for those still unwilling to leave, there was no other choice but to set up another broadcast station in front of the royal palace.

Unlike broadcasts that used Den Den Mushi, these devices had all been purchased by Nova from the System Space, and could at least guarantee sufficient stability.

After all, they could not obtain broadcast-capable Den Den Mushi at all right now. More importantly, such creatures had to be raised from a young age, or they would be completely unusable.

The royal palace hall was vast, and it had now been filled with tables and chairs. This meeting might last a while, so they were not going to make everyone stand around talking.

No one spoke to one another, and there was not even any exchange of glances. They were all waiting for Nova's arrival, ready to officially begin the new journey of their nation.

The meeting was scheduled to begin at eight in the morning. Both inside and outside the royal palace, the King's Guard had sealed the area tight.

And because the Tru Kingdom had recently been making newspaper headlines so often, even news agencies from the New World had sent people over in search of trending stories.

"Your Majesty, the meeting is about to begin. Are you ready?"

Outside the room, a maid called softly.

Not long after her words fell, Nova pulled open the door. He looked especially different today.

He wore a proper king's outfit: a white uniform over a pale yellow shirt, topped with a white bow tie. It was clearly tailored to fit him perfectly, making Nova look remarkably elegant.

He wore a golden crown on his head. Though it was not encrusted with any gems, it gave off a refined and gentle air that suited his temperament.

"Has everyone arrived?"

The moment Nova opened the door, he asked the maid, who was bowing respectfully before him.

"Your Majesty, everyone has arrived. They are currently waiting for Your Majesty to come," the maid replied.

They had done far more than simply arrive. Those people had begun making their way there at six in the morning, before dawn had even broken, and had been seated there waiting for the meeting ever since.

Hearing the servant's answer, Nova nodded slightly. Then he took a stack of papers from his room, nearly as thick as a book.

"Take this. Let's head over as well."

Nova handed the documents to the maid and spoke calmly.

Even Nova regarded this meeting as extremely important, as it concerned the nation's future plans. Opportunities like this did not come often.

Now that the country's initial stability had been achieved, the next step was to fully develop the economy. Once the money started flowing in, everything else would cease to be a problem.

Outside, whether at the broadcast sites in the royal city or in every city of the former Roa Kingdom, people had already packed the areas in front of the broadcast stations. The army was protecting every site, specifically to prevent overcrowding from causing damage.

The citizens had all set aside their work and rushed over to watch the broadcasts. They all wanted to know what benefits awaited them.

Most importantly, although every location was somewhat crowded, they were all astonishingly quiet. Not a single person started an argument over being closer to or farther from the front.

The broadcast had already begun before six in the morning, showing the royal palace hall from when it was empty to when it gradually filled with people, all the way until the meeting was about to begin.

The citizens watched with anxious hearts, as they did not know what benefits this would bring to people like them.

But after nearly a month of publicity, everyone had also understood that the meeting would primarily concern the nation's future direction.

"His Majesty the King..."

"His Majesty the King has appeared..."

Before everyone's eyes, Nova entered the royal palace hall dressed in kingly attire, carrying himself with great poise. In an instant, all the citizens erupted into cheers. For many of them, it was their first time seeing what their king looked like.

Though he was young, not a single person dared underestimate him.

The moment Nova appeared in the royal palace hall, everyone immediately stood, each offering him a respectful bow.

When he reached his seat, Nova smiled and said, "Please rise. Today's agenda is rather long, and this is also a meeting being broadcast to all the citizens of our country.

"I hope no one wastes time today. All decisions made during this meeting must be completed and implemented within the agreed-upon time frame."

"Yes, Your Majesty. We will certainly adhere to the principles of this meeting," Lostar said respectfully.

Nova walked to his seat and sat down. At the very front of the hall stood a camera, which was far more useful than a Den Den Mushi.

Not only did it provide a high-definition image, but its audio was synchronized as well, without any concern about interference from anything.

After Nova sat down, everyone else took their seats as well. Each person sat upright, their expressions utterly solemn.
