The Christmas Holidays had begun.

Driven by panic, the young wizards packed their luggage early and scrambled to board the Hogwarts Express.

Morn went home too, but his parents picked him up as soon as he left the Castle, so he did not take the train.

Su Er got off the train with his luggage and walked through the colonnade, looking around, but found no familiar faces.

He waited there blankly for a dozen minutes before remembering that Mrs. Ellison had sent him a letter before Christmas.

Let me think... I think it said...

Oh! Damn... Su Er remembered everything.

One of Mr. Ellison's German business partners had organized a networking event and sent him an invitation, so Mrs. Ellison and Angel had gone along too, making a sightseeing trip of it.

Their return date seemed to be...

Christmas Day?

There was nothing for it. He would have to take an expensive taxi home. Luckily, Su Er had left the pounds and checks Mr. Ellison gave him every year in his bedroom drawer. Otherwise, he would have to take the Knight Roller-Coaster Bus.

He, Su Er, would never take the Knight Bus, even if he had to jump off the second step outside the train station!

For some reason, though, the taxis at the station seemed to have suddenly become extremely busy that day. The occasional taxi that sped past was packed with people.

Not a single one would stop for him.

In the end, Su Er could only drag his luggage to the entrance of an alley with relatively few pedestrians and raise his wand helplessly.

Soon enough.

Bang... That familiar streak of purple came bouncing up from the distance and stopped at the alley entrance, accompanied by the familiar conductor holding a copy of the Daily Prophet.
